There's a few minor grammar errors and some tense problems, jumping from past to present. These could use a once-over by an editor for correction.

Buuut, with that out of the way, I like the premise of the story, the examination of the perspective of the condemned using the abstract concept of 'fate' to depersonalize what's about to happen to him. It feels like a realistic take on what a person might do as a means for coping with circumstances in which they've been made powerless in the face of an inevitably approaching adversity.

There are some grammatical errors that Winston pointed out so i wont bother going into them. Other than that it was a good read. I must admit that it was good to read something on this site that wasn't an over used theme. It was a toughly good read and it was well done. A once over with a fine tooth comb and it will be excellent.

But I am obligated to vote you down. Usually i don't vote up or down, but I am making an exception.

If someone releases a story in this group, I suggest that we read it, favorite it, and upvote it to get them exposure.

The merit of a story should not be determined by what group the author belongs to. If a story is up voted it should be because it was good. Something worth reading. It is because of things like that smut and garbage are some of the highest rated and most viewed stories on this site. They choke out good stories that have potential to be some of the best fan-fics.

There is no rules regarding these practices but out of respect for your fellow writers, and respect for yourself, you should stay away from groups that promote these actions. If you want up votes, write a good story. Make those votes mean something.

3324052 thanks for the feedback, it means a lot to me that you enjoyed the story despite the group it was added to. I will tell you though that I do not write stories simply for attention. I just felt like this would be something fun to do. (Why am I making excuses? I dunno...)
