After spending a thousand years on the moon without any company, it would make sense that Princess Luna has trouble interacting with other ponies, and often retreats to a quiet clearing near the Everfree Forest where she can be alone. Soon after Luna begins to depend on her little secluded spot, she comes across a certain bashful pegasus camped out there, admiring her moon and stars. How will Princess Luna handle the only place where she can be alone being invaded?
Sit down, get comfortable, and enjoy my little spur of the moment story.

You could always add in a bit where Fluttershy being quite the introverted shy one herself spots the same in the Princess of The Night and coaxes the truth out of her, then Fluttershy using her own experiences as a base managing to show Luna it's ok to be afraid, but it's not worth shutting yourself off from the world with your fear.

Overall I liked this piece but it feels. . .Incomplete? What you have written however does match the personalities of the characters. The storyflow was spot on, it didn't feel rushed, I know you've said this is it, but I feel that this is too good a setup to leave at a one shot in my humble opinion.

Would replace out the 'PG' in "...less than PG..." with something else since Equestria does not have the American movie rating system.
Could stand to be a bit longer to fully flesh it out.
