To be honest, this story was hard to read through, but once I finally had, I was pretty satisfied. I just hope there's more coming.

Things IRL have been remarkably eventful since October, including several theatre productions. Between rehearsals, performances, and other events, I haven't had time to give this story the serious attention it deserves.
I hate that I've had to leave this story hanging for so long.
I know exactly how this will end, and I'm anxious to get there, but right now, I simply cannot give any fair guarantee as to when I will have adequate time continue it. But rest assured, I've really enjoyed putting this together, and I want to see it continue just as much as you (hopefully) do.

Because if I the mouse haven't been discovered yet then how can that happen? Unless there are mouse that live somewhere else.
