On a computer it's much simpler, but on a touchscreen that I'm using, it's a long process.
First, remember to hit the space bar exactly seven times before every paragraph. Then hit return once or twice between them depending on subject matter.
For the large spaces, spam the return key a few times, hit the line devider icon (hr) then return some more.
