JESUS that was dark. I was expecting a dark ending, but maybe with a bit of hope for them getting over it. Instead, we have a pure Nightmare Fuel bad ending, where nobody wins.

Spike is dead, Twilight may yet follow him soon, and Rarity is as good as dead, being consumed alive by emotion feeders. My three favorite characters in the entire damn series, and the one who got off easiest was Spike! Man, this was depressing. But depressing in a good way, congratulations.

Awesome! I loved this, the only way it could be better( and I think every dark fanfic needs this) is if diamond tiara died haphazardly like Kenny. For ya know comic relief and stuff

I'm assuming that Rarity was converted into a Changeling? Desire can make even the strongest of souls crumble. This was a very good story bravo my friend.
F**king hell man. If there is a story I can't take, it is one with the characters dieing in it. I'm crying so hard right now.
but not only does Rarity and Spike die, Twi kills herself too. (possibly) UGH!! Can't handle the deepness of the story. Twi blaming herself and Rarity's denial than sacrifice. Started tearing up when Twi was in her house, counting the time cuz of the letters sent. 
I'm going to dry my tears and go to bed. Enough late night fanfiction reading for me.
Trusting a changeling is bad idea ;p
Meh...if Twilight wasn't on the verge of killing herself, that moral could work. As it is, both of their deaths are for nothing, when it would have been more interesting for the changeling to keep his promise.
