In the Magical lands of Horsepun, two stallions have arrived in Ponyville under somewhat suspicious circumstances. They bear names and cutiemarks that seem to have no relevance to their destinies, which themselves do not appear to be very straight-forward at all. Plus, save for six specific mares, the rural town of Ponyville has generally been an earth-pony town. Though it has a small pegasus population due to it's local weather team, pegasi arriving by land is enough to draw attention. They won't mention where they're from, or what they plan to do in Ponyville. They only seem to say that they are "looking around".
Only adding to the curiosity, they seem to know more about the local townsfolk than they are letting on.
