If there are no objections to the intercourse (either physical, mental, or vocal), then it cannot be rape. Dash did, in this story, slowly begin to enjoy her submissive state and being used as she was. By the end, she was content with her state of being, and I did not intend for the ending to be perceived as rape.
I realize it could easily be interpreted as rape, but that really wasn't my intention.
Assuming it was supposed to be rape, then I still don't understand what the problem is. Rape is obviously a very despicable and horrible act, but we're talking about fiction. Nobody is actually being hurt, and disliking a story because it features despicable acts seems tremendously stupid to me.
The entire point of rape in fiction is to put characters in harmful situations, just like putting them in a fight. It's a way to evoke emotions in readers and/or present challenges to the characters, albeit very dark and grotesque challenges.

Also, your example has nothing to do with my logic. I showcased a character who, unlike most others, enjoyed being used on both a physical and mental level. Taking advantage of a person unable to communicate properly and/or control their body properly is something entirely different.
Some people might not object to such an act, some might. It all comes down to the person in question.

okay, it wasnt exactly RD, even though if you want the lesbian whore character, its defenently twi, and it was also buttons mother...i just dont see her doing that, but other than stroyline, it wasnt a bad clop fic
Like others have said, a sequel to this would be awesome. Seeing RD get used in the street by passersby, the reaction of her friends, them adjusting to her new happy life as the town sperm bank, it would be great.
This could have been such a good story, but the ending just felt... bland, like a terribly cheesy chyoo2 story. Button's mom, and Rainbow, such a crack pairing, it's a real shame it didn't work out, I mean the quality of the clop was pretty legit, I just expected a little more touchy feely, or at least a happier, fluffier ending. Maybe add a Dark tag?

This is untrue. It is also rape if the victim is incapable of objecting to the intercourse for whatever reason. To quote a particular statute, in this case the New York rape laws, "A person is guilty of rape in the first degree when he or she engages in sexual intercourse with another person... who is incapable of consent by reason of being physically helpless." It's slightly ambiguous whether Rainbow was actually in a state of pleasure based catatonia, or merely appeared that way, but given that the stallion specifically thought that she couldn't deny him, he definitely thought he was taking an action defined as rape.
So, yeah, rape or close enough to it. Rainbow's pleasure is irrelevant to the law, particularly if the perpetrator was unaware of it. I don't really mind though, at least in theory. The rape came a bit out of left field, and was a bit superfluous to the story, and neither of those things is a thing I'm especially in favor of when it comes to any plot element, let alone one as serious as this one. Still, the fic as a whole was reasonably well written, as these things go. I just figured that you might want to know you're writing about rape, instead of going into it unawares.

Look at it this way: you've got a crush on that cute girl that speaks in sign language, and is otherwise mute. You start getting intimate while holding one of her hands in yours, so she can no longer talk. Since she can't say yes or no then it's okay, right?

While I won't fave it, I'll admit I didn't regret reading this, despite the subject matter.
However, I do feel like there should have been an epilogue that essentially showed what happened when RD met up with the others again.
