Anthro is short for anthropomorphised. It means that they are given a human shape. Usually this means they stand on two legs and have a human torso while maintaining the TV show style face and hooves. The latter two can vary to give them human faces and hands. They keep their fur, tails and racial distinguishing features (horns/wings).

a push dagger doesn't get its killing power from raw power like the twisting punch. It is deadly because of its speed. Look at the safemaker/safekeeper series of push daggers. They are light enough to deliver a series of strikes faster than most normal daggers due to the non hyper-extended wrist and lighter weight. Also the positioning of the wrist allows the force traveling up the arm to dissipate relatively harmlessly. That being said, it can be a risky weapon because its shorter blade length necessitates a closer range. If I had to choose a knife to fight with i'd feel much safer with a 9 inch kabar with a punch dagger on backup.
3372203 I know about the speed advantage, the issue is that you actually have next to no protections your hands. That is how I won the fight in the chapter. I agree with the kabar as a primary blade, but my secondary would be a six inch tanto.
