Raid, Test and Reunion
When the Traptanium Wars ended, the many redeemed villains were given a choice to join the Skylanders, which they accepted. The Trap Team built a new base in Ponyville with the combined power of their Traptanium weapons and EQG Spike’s new form which makes him a Trap Master. The crystal base, now called ‘Cloud Cracker Base’ was a mix of a crystal castle and a crystal tree. This type of ingenuity brought a peak of interest with both Twilight and her ‘Twin’ who also reported that Spike was all right. The base had all the specifications of an actual palace including a map room, a meeting room for the Trap Team, bedrooms and a library. The team basically built their base to live in it and watch over the village that they cared about.
Among the many things that were received after the war, was the Zeppelin, which was Chef Pepperjack’s personal airship, but the chef gave his airship over to Echo Squadron, the elite squadron of ace pilots that were formed during the war. The Zeppelin was painted in blue and white, upgraded to incorporate a lab, a launch bay and a docking bay. It had a new rigid frame and a proper envelope than making it look like a burlap sack filled with air.
The Chef Zeppelin was renamed ‘Wings of Freedom’ and it soon became the pride of the new air fleet. Due to its advanced weaponry and near invulnerable shield, Wings of Freedom became Echo Squadron’s new mobile platform. A series of raids on troll outposts were conducted to test the airship’s capabilities and for Echo Squadron to test out new experimental aircraft that was developed aboard the airship.
While en-route to a troll outpost, The Wings of Freedom received a call from Cali as EQG Leg. Spyro answered it. Cali spoke,
“Those pesky trolls have stolen an antique vanity from the Equestrian Isles and hid it inside their base. You need to destroy the outer defenses of the base and hack the keypad to open the main door to the base.”
EQG Legendary Spyro spoke with his arms folded, “Consider that vanity returned to the Isles in no time.”
After the screen faded, the team dashed to the hanger where their aircraft were waiting. The experimental airplanes were a flying wing heavy bomber, a prototype forward switchblade stealth fighter and an experimental battle tank with the ability to transform into a flying mode. They were the only prototypes in the hanger while the gyrocopters took up the rest of the hanger. Leg. Spyro decided,
“I’ll take the bomber, Spike, you take the Talon, Ter, you take the tank, everyone else, get to your ships.”
Soon enough, the ships were on the launch rail as the robot, Blaster-Tron announced, “XB-66 is cleared for take-off.”
Legend’s bomber, the XB-66 sped out of the launch bay as the robot announced that the Talon is good for take-off as EQG Spike’s aircraft flew out of the launch bay. One by one, the squadron flew out of the launch bay while Ter’s tank transformed and flew out to join the team.
Outside the Wings of Freedom, Echo Squadron formed up behind the bomber as Leg. Spyro spoke,
“Entering range of the troll base!” Dro spoke, “It’s been a while since we faced them.”
Ter noticed, “And they get our attention by stealing a vanity?”
Spike noticed, “Looks like trouble down there.”
Sonata saw down below, “That’s a lot of…turrets down there.”
Camo spoke, “We should save the sightseeing for another time.”
Blaster-Tron came on the comm, “Echo Squadron in formation, connecting you to XO Spitfire.”
Leg. Spyro asked Dro, “You made your girlfriend an XO?”
Dro replied, “How could I say no to her?”
Soon enough, Spitfire came on the line, “I heard that. Anyway, Spy, work in tandem with the ship to destroy all the Troll cannons.”
Leg. Spyro nodded, “Got it, I’m starting the bombing run.”
Spitfire warned, “And be careful, that is a heavy bomber that you’re piloting, not a fighter!”
Legend sighed, “Yeah, thanks for the warning.”
The Bomber moved to a lower altitude as the troll cannons opened fire. He maneuvered the bomber out of their cross-hairs; the bomber was slower than a fighter so he had to time his maneuvers right. He targeted the first cannon and dropped his payload of four high-speed bombs as they destroyed the first cannon. Legend smiled,
“Got ya!”
He shot another volley of bombs at another cannon and destroyed it as well…until his missile warning alarm went off. He saw the missile accelerating towards him and hit a button which activated the bomber’s emergency shield. The shield ignited as the missile impacted the bomber with the craft sustaining no damage. He spotted a SAM site near the base and contacted Spike,
“Echo 6, there’s a SAM site near the base!”
After the transmission, the SAM site exploded as the Talon fighter entered the field, “Echo 1, the SAM site has been erased!”
After that, Spike’s fighter was taking fire from the cannons as he performed some evasive maneuvers before firing missiles at the cannons, destroying them in the process. After Spike’s run, the remaining members of Echo Squadron began their runs, Ter switched to boost mode which allowed the tank to be in flying mode for a short time before going to tank mode. The Battle Tank flew to the ground and transformed to tank mode to take the fight to the ground. Dro spoke to Ter about the specifications,
“The Battle Tank fires missiles when you charge the laser. You can lock onto three different enemies when the laser’s charged.”
Ter tested Dro’s tip by charging the tank’s main cannon and locked on to a troll cannon, a troll walker and a troll tank. He released the trigger as his tank fired three guided missiles at his targets and destroyed them. Ter complimented,
“This battle tank is not too shabby.”
The comm on every vehicle went off as Blaster-Tron came on the line, “The Wings of Freedom is coming to assist.”
The titanic zeppelin soon appeared and fired its guns and destroyed the remaining troll cannons. Legend spoke,
“All anti-aircraft fire suppressed, Sonata, time for you to test out the new version of the gyrocopter.”
Sonata’s copter switched to hover mode as she maneuvered her copter towards the entrance of the base. Blaster-Tron described the upgraded copter,
“The Arkeyan Gyrocopter has been upgraded from attack fighter to espionage craft. It is able to move freely in hover mode. The Gyrocopter has an on-board robot named ‘Direct-I’ it is used to hack control panels to override systems and deactivate locks.”
Sonata found the control panel as she hit a button to lower a small blue robot as it squealed, “Leave it to me!”
The robot, Direct-I was tethered to the copter so if it ventures too far, it would pull the copter with it. The robot reached the control panel as it started its work,
“Analysis in progress!” It only took about ten seconds flat before the control panel turned red as Direct-I spoke,
“Lock deactivated!” The door to the base opened as Dro’s copter approached the entrance, Sonata spoke,
“The door’s open, we should be able to get to that vanity now.” All of a sudden, a laser fired from the entrance as it nearly grazed Dro and Sonata as the siren screamed in shock. Spike saw this and yelled in shock and worry,
“Dro! Sonata!” The images of those two appeared on the Talon’s control panel, they looked a little dazed as Sonata spoke,
“I’m okay…”
Dro also assured, “Just grazed that’s all…” The source of that laser was a Troll Mega Tank that if on the ground, would require a mega bomb to destroy. The squadron soon received a transmission from a troll wearing an officer’s cap,
“How dare you attack my base! I’ll squash you like the insects you are!”
Legend noticed, “So, that’s the boss man, huh?”
Spike decided, “Sonata, Dro, hang back and recover! Camo, Ter, you’re with me, we’re going to take out that Mega Tank!”
As the tank started to open fire on the attacking ships, Legend spoke, “Do a Barrel Roll!” Spike and Camo performed a barrel roll as they deflected anything that the tank shot at them. Ter switched to flying mode as he fired on a generator and destroyed it,
“You think that did it?” He was asking Dro and he didn’t respond, “HEY GREASE MONKEY!”
Dro shouted, “Don’t call me ‘Grease Monkey!”
Sonata spoke, “Come on, Dro. Where’s that shield analysis?!” Dro did an analysis and spoke, “Got it! If we take out those big generators on the tanks exterior, it should be able to dismantle that thing’s ability to fight back!”
Spike said, “Camo!”
Camo spoke, “Heading for the second generator!” He shot the generator near the treads as Spike fired on the generator near the back. The Tank Commander threatened,
“We are not going to fall that easily!” The Tank fired four missiles at Spike as he maneuvered his Talon to evade the missiles…but he realized that they were guided missiles. He said,
“You want to catch me? You better try harder than that!” He did a somersault and destroyed three missiles as the last one kept pursuing him. The missile followed him back to the Mega Tank’s last generator as the commander spoke in shock,
“Idiots! What good’s a guided missile if it comes RIGHT BACK!?” The Talon flew over the generator as the missile impacted with the generator, destroying it in the process as several explosions occurred all over the tank,
“CURSE YOU, ECHO SQUADRON!!!!!” Were the last words of the Tank Commander before the tank exploded. Sonata’s copter went into the base and emerged with the vanity in the claws of the dangling Direct-I.
The squadron soon got back into formation as Legend spoke, “We’re heading out! All aircraft report!”
Spike reported, “The Talon really came through.”
Ter followed, “I’m loving the Battle Tank!”
Sonata replied, “Direct-I really pulled though.”
Dro spoke, “That was a close one!”
Camo spoke, “I’m fine.”
The Wings of Freedom came into view as Spitfire spoke, “Excellent work, guys! Let’s get that vanity back to the isles in one piece.”
Legend nodded, “I second that. We are now preparing to land.”
Spitfire replied, “I’ll be in the docking bay to welcome you guys back.” With that being said, Echo Squadron flew towards the Zeppelin.
In the EQG Universe, there is a prep school called Crystal Prep, which has been in the dark of the events of the Soul Gem Conflict. But only a select few know of the existence of the Skylanders, but kept to themselves. One of the more important figures of the school was the Dean. The Dean was a human version of Princess Cadance as she sat at her desk, looking over the many reports until she received the dossiers of Echo Squadron. She couldn’t help but smile on the first four; they were adopted by Celestia and Luna after the creation event.
Ever since the Principals of Canterlot High went to another dimension, Cadance has been in contact with them ever since. When they returned, she received the dossier on the 6 members of this elite squadron. But she was also told about their trip to the future and how they changed the future in their current time. Then there was the sixth member of Echo Squadron, not only was he once a dog-turned human due to the Soul Gem Conflict, he is also a Trap Master. He was the one that ended the Traptanium Wars in the other dimension. Cadance was very careful not to reveal her movements to the Headmistress, Principal Cinch.
Cadance actually wanted Echo Squadron to meet her at Crystal Prep, just to visit. But away from Cinch’s prying eyes, it would mean that the squadron would have to go incognito so Cinch wouldn’t notice. Cadance knows that like Celestia and Luna, she is pretty much connected to the four that started the squadron. She even had a hand in raising the first two; it would be nice to see them again. She looked over the dossier on the four and smiled,
“Those four are always getting into some strange situations. Dro unintentionally starts a fight at Canterlot High, Ter locks himself in a Janitor’s closet, Legend actually set a punching bag on fire which then disintegrated the bag and the flames died down. And last but not least, Camo, he was always the gardener at Luna’s house, I would visit occasionally and see him hard at work and he was always riding his skateboard while tending to his garden.” She turned to a picture of the four on her desk as they made a peace sign or a thumbs-up as she sighed,
“It’s been a while since we last saw each other…” She typed in the number for the Wings of Freedom, “I think it’s time I check up on them.” And with that being said, she hoped that the call would reach the other dimension.
Onboard the Wings of Freedom, Legend was relaxing on a nearby chair as he sighed,
“I’m bored.”
Camo spoke from the other side of the bridge, “It has been 3 whole days since we dropped off that vanity at the Equestrian Isles. But for once could we at least get a vacation?”
Ter, who was at a nearby monitor playing a boxing game, “A vacation is something that we really need from all that hard work.” He noticed that his character was on the ground, “AHH!! DANG IT!” He threw the remote that he was using at the monitor, only for it to bounce off of it.
Spike, who was at a control panel sarcastically asked, “Could we at least go somewhere tropical for a vacation?”
Sonata, who was sitting next to Camo asked, “Do you think that the Principals would lend us their beach house for two weeks so we can enjoy ourselves?”
Spitfire, who was near another control panel while Blaster-Tron worked at his terminal, “I got to admit, I might need a vacation as well. We can’t just be in this ship all the time with you guys just joking around.”
The Wondercolt captain noticed the absence of the mechanic of the team, “I bet Dro would be more than happy to get out of his laboratory and away from his experimental aircraft.”
The door opened to reveal Dro, who was covered in grease for working in his lab and the new aircraft. He spoke, “I couldn’t agree more…I feel like a workaholic for putting all my time and effort in these new craft.” He walked over to a nearby chair and collapsed on it, “A tropical vacation is all I need.”
All of a sudden, Blaster-Tron spoke, “We have received a call from your home dimension.”
Legend approached the robot, “Open communications…” The robot opened communications as the image of a person that the four know very well, appeared on screen,
“Echo Squadron, do you read me?”
Legend was shocked, “Dean Cadance? It’s been a while.” Cadance chuckled, “More than a while, Legend. And is it wrong for me to give my four favorites a courtesy call?”
Dro stood up, “No…I guess it isn’t wrong.”
Ter asked, “So, you just called to say hello or what?”
Cadance replied, “I need you to come to Crystal Prep…without anyone knowing that you are here.”
Legend realized, “Operating under Cinch’s radar as always.”
Cadance nodded, “I know her reputation and if she catches you guys…she’ll try to exploit your squadron’s performance.”
Camo smiled, “She would have to wreck our ships in order to do that.”
Dro asked, “So we have to meet you at Crystal Prep, right?”
Cadance nodded, “Without Cinch knowing that you’re here.”
Spitfire asked, “Dro, weren’t you working on a cross-dimensional teleporter?”
Dro nodded, “Yeah, the device is in the prototype stage, so I haven’t tested it very often.”
Cadance was amused, “I’ll send you the coordinates for my office. You can teleport there without having to walk through the front door.”
Dro’s gauntlet beeped, “I got them…I’ll input them into the teleporter as soon as I return to my lab.”
Cadance nodded as the screen went black indicating that communications were closed. Spike looked at his gauntlet and back at the team,
“I would like to go with you guys, but can you guys set the teleport to outside of Crystal Prep?”
Legend asked, “You going to do something?” Spike replied, “Training on how to use my new powers.”
Dro spoke, “Well, the wave roads would make you invisible.”
Spike nodded as he got up, “So you guys want to test out that teleporter or what?”
The team nodded as they got up and ran through the halls of the airship towards Dro’s lab. Once the team reached the lab, Dro pulled a cover off, revealing a teleportation device. It looked similar to the portal in his lab back home, but it was more of a teleporter than an actual portal. Dro explained,
“I pretty much sprang from my beaming concept and applied cross-dimensional travel to it. The only time I ever used it was for beaming an apple from here to Mom’s desk in her office at Canterlot High. The teleport was successful, but I didn’t find a need to use it until Cadance called us.”
Spike looked at the teleporter and asked, “Will there be any problems with it?”
Dro shook his head, “I looked over this thing twice during the initial tests and it’s good to go.”
Spike nodded as he requested, “Send me somewhere near Crystal Prep.”
Dro typed in the coordinates that Spike requested as he said, “Okay, the coordinates are in and it’s ready to go.” At the simple press of a button, the teleporter activated and Spike had vanished.
Spike reappeared outside of Crystal Prep as he shook off the effects of the teleport as his gauntlet beeped. He answered it and saw Drago as the spirit said,
“That was a rough ride, Spike. Using a teleporter to get to your dimension…although cross-dimensional travel was kind of creepy…but it is what it is.”
Spike nodded as he said, “You said that there were Traptanium Wave Roads here, right?”
Drago nodded, “That I did.” Spike reached into his pocket and pulled out the glasses that were in Drago’s sarcophagus as he wore them, he saw several light blue wave roads all over the prep school. He was in awe at this spectacle until Drago brought him back to reality,
“So Spike, are you ready for your training?”
Spike lifted the glasses until they rested on top of his head as he nodded before looking around hoping that no one was looking as he raised the gauntlet,
“Traptanium Wave Change Power Up!” Spike became his Traptanium form which Drago dubbed him as ‘Megaman’ as he reappeared on the wave road above Crystal Prep, he was amazed,
“Wow…I just don’t know what to say…but this is so cool!”
Drago smiled, “First time standing on a wave road would make anyone be in awe. But luckily, the Crystal Prep students can’t see us.”
Spike sighed, “Well, it’s for the best” He remembered something, “Hey Drago…when I defeated Kaos, I used the shatter strike to shatter his Traptanium form and used the trap vortex to trap him. But I was holding that tomahawk during that battle, but now I don’t have it. Why is that?”
Drago replied, “The tomahawk can only be used if you are in a desperate situation and if you can’t rely on your other attacks.”
Spike asked, “Other attacks?” Drago asked, “Remember the Trap Crystals?”
Spike nodded, “What do they have to do with my other attacks?”
Drago sighed as he had a trap crystal appear in Spike’s hand, “The carvings on the crystals represent a type of weapon that you can use for attacks.”
Spike saw the sword carving on the crystal until he spotted several shadow entities approaching, he was about to panic until he heard Drago yell,
“USE IT!” Spike tossed the crystal as Drago chomped down on it as Drago disappeared from his left arm, leaving only a beam sword attached to his arm. Spike charged at the entities and used his beam sword to cut them down one by one. After that, the sword disappeared in a flash of blue light as Drago reappeared on his arm. Spike asked,
“What were those things?”
Drago shook his ‘head’, “Something that I feared that would happen. It appears that Kaos’ tampering with the Traptanium in Skylands has caused several corrupt Traptanium entities to emerge on this wave road.”
Spike asked, “How did this affect our world?”
The arm cannon spoke, “Traptanium isn’t confined to just one dimension, Spike. Traptanium is spread to every dimension in the Multiverse. I know of this eventuality when I formed the Trap Team, we are not the only ones in our universe to have Traptanium, you know.”
Spike didn’t know what else to think, but he knew what to do, “If Kaos’ tampering left an aftermath, we better dispose of them.”
Drago smiled, “That’s the spirit.” The arm cannon soon moved forward as Spike moved along the road at an incredible speed. He was practically moving through the prep school’s wave roads with the speed of a Traptanium wave that emanates from the crystals. It wasn’t until he was about to hit a wall, but he phased through it with no problem. Drago reminded him,
“We are a Traptanium wave and anything outside of the roads can’t harm us.”
Spike managed to stop in the middle of Crystal Prep’s courtyard where they could see several students passing through. They didn’t catch any hint of their presence because of the wave road as Spike looked over the courtyard. Spike asked,
“What would it take for them to notice us?”
Drago replied, “Besides going down there, a ripple effect if a weapon impacted the wave road, it could only be done by combat in the wave road for an extended time.”
Spike sighed, knowing that he’s been in combat for a few minutes, “At least we also know who to avoid.”
Drago nodded, “Yes, that nosy, sophisticated human that Cadance talked about. But this Principal Cinch wouldn’t see us on the roads.”
Spike smiled, “And that I am thankful for.” He looked around the prep school from the road and found the location of Cadance’s office and decided to teleport there.
Cadance knew for certain that the squadron would be teleporting to her office. But as she was expecting their arrival, a flash of light blue occurred in her office as a figure that she recognized appeared. It was Spike, the number 6 of Echo Squadron, although she was expecting the rest of them, but she decided to say,
“You must be a member of the squadron.”
Spike nodded, knowing that he wasn’t Megaman right now, “I volunteered to use Dro’s teleporter…and it worked.”
The Dean nodded, “But you didn’t show up at my office until now.”
Spike’s gauntlet beeped, “That’s because Spike had training to do outside of the school so he could handle his new power.”
Cadance was curious that the gauntlet was talking as Spike opened a screen on the gauntlet which showed Drago on the screen. The Dean asked,
“Are you…”
The spirit nodded from inside the gauntlet, “I helped Spike in ending the Traptanium War. We arrived early, so Spike could get used to his new powers.”
Cadance nodded, “I understand and you managed to avoid getting spotted by Cinch.”
Spike replied, “We did.”
Soon enough, the rest of the squadron beamed into Cadance’s office as the original four smiled at the Dean. Cadance noticed,
“It’s good to see you four again. Celestia and Luna have told me a lot about the heroics that you and your squadron performed.”
Legend chuckled, “Yeah, but there’s one thing that we desperately need after traveling to the future and saving Skylands…” Cadance answered, “A vacation?”
Dro spoke, “How did you know?”
Cadance gave them a letter with the seal of Canterlot High, “Celestia and Luna gave me this letter and told me to give it to you.” She gave the letter to Dro as he read,
“To the members of Echo Squadron,
For all the work that you have done for our world and our friend’s world, we will be lending you our summer mansion on Equestria Shores. It is an island south of your location, originally called Equidor; but the locals call it Equestria Shores because of the beaches surrounding the island. We just thought that since you six have been through a lot, we thought it would be best for you wind down and relax for 2-3 weeks at Equestria Shores. You have certainly earned it, we are very proud of you as well.
Principal Celestia, Vice-Principal Luna
Canterlot High
P.S. The girls are also planning to go to Equestria Shores by ship and Rainbow Dash is daring you six that you can’t be at the island before they do.”
Ter cheered, “Alright vacation!”
Camo smiled, “We finally got a vacation…at Equestria Shores.”
Sonata realized, “We can finally be off the ship.”
Legend nodded, “I bet Blaster-Tron would get the oil change that he wanted since he won’t be networked to the ship while we’re on the island.”
Drago asked Spike, “You excited for your vacation, Spike?”
Spike nodded, “I am excited, Drago. We haven’t had a single vacation since the war ended. Now is the chance to…” He was interrupted by an explosion and a cry for help as Cadance looked out the window and spotted a dark crystal creature. Spike looked out the window as well and saw the creature as his eyes widen,
“No…not another one of those things!”
Drago analyzed the creature in the courtyard and said, “That creature is holding one of the Crystal Prep students!”
Cadance looked at the creature’s hand and saw the student; she was pale, light grayish amaranth with her hair color as light pistachio with pale, light grayish green and light brilliant lime green. Her eyes were closed due to her struggling against the creature’s grip, but she was wearing headphones which indicate that she was listening to music before the creature appeared. Spike’s eyes now shown determination to help her as Drago asked,
“Ready Spike?”
Spike nodded as he said, “Traptanium Wave Change! Power Up!” Drago merged with Spike as he turned into Megaman and teleported to the courtyard where the creature was.
The Corrupted Traptanium monster emerged from the wave road and started terrorizing Crystal Prep. The monster kept itself to the courtyard since it had already had one of the students in its grasp. It could feel her struggle in its grasp, but it was useless to struggle. Although the loud music that its captive listens to, really irritates the monster until it saw something materialize in front of it.
Spike appeared in front of the creature as its four-legged crystalline structure gave an obvious resemblance to a Grublin Troll. He noticed the student in the troll’s grasp and noticed that her amber eyes have opened when she noticed him. Spike knew for certain that he had little time as the troll came charging towards him. Spike tossed a crystal,
“Battle Crystal!” Drago chomped down as rockets appeared on his boots, “Rocket Skates!” Spike used his rocket skates to move around the troll without getting hit by the creature as he pointed his arm cannon at the dark crystals, “Mega Buster!”
The dragon arm cannon fired on the creature and hit the arm where the student was held. It didn’t release the student, but it did chip off some of the crystals off of the troll. The four legged crystal monster attempted to chomp down on him as he heard the student yell,
“Watch Out!” Reacting quickly, Spike pulled out two crystals, “Battle Crystals!” Drago chomped on the crystals as twin beam swords replaced his arms, “Double Sword!”
He quickly stabbed the swords into the creature’s mouth as he pulled away, causing the troll to reel its head back in pain as Spike slashed his swords at the troll, backing it towards a corner. But the troll fired its eye lasers at Spike as he screamed in shock as the lasers impacted him. The student yelled,
“Oh no!” Spike was on the ground until he noticed that the troll was about to stomp on him as he got his bearings back. Spike did a backflip away from the troll as he pulled out another crystal,
“Battle Crystal!” Drago chomped down as it became a drill with a jet exhaust in the back as he charged, yelling,
“JET ATTACK!” Spike charged at the troll as he flew straight through the creature as there was a slight pause before it exploded. It flung the now-free student into the air until Spike caught her as he lowered her to ground while carrying her, bridal style.
Once they were on the ground, he saw the area that creature was once in. There were Dark Traptanium shards all over the place until Drago spoke, “Kid, look at the Traptanium…” Spike saw that all of the Dark shards were slowly turning from dark purple to light blue. Drago spoke,
“The Traptanium was mixed with Dark Magic and that troll was the center of it all. Now that it’s dead, the crystals are now healing themselves from the tainted magic. You’ve pretty much saved Crystal Prep from the Dark Traptanium.”
Spike nodded as he was soon interrupted by the student that he rescued as she approached, “I should thank you, dude. That thing could’ve damaged my headphones.”
Spike chuckled, “No problem, I just do what I have to do.”
The student introduced herself, “I’m Lemon Zest, by the way.”
Spike, not wanting to reveal his identity spoke his other name, “I’m Megaman.”
Lemon was amazed, “Megaman…that’s a nice name!” All of a sudden, probably the last person that Spike wanted to see, spots him as the Headmistress of the school approached,
“Well, what do we have here?”

After Spike transported back to Cadance’s office, he was welcomed by his friends until he said,
“Cinch spotted me when I was Megaman!”
Cadance frowned as she said, “But I’m at least happy she only spotted you as Megaman and not you as you.” She placed a hand on his shoulder, “But saving Lemon Zest’s life was a brave thing you did.”
Spike nodded as he said, “Well at least Crystal Prep is safe.”
Cadance smiled as she turned to the rest of the team, “You heroes should pack for your vacation.”
Dro replied, “Blaster-Tron engaged the ship’s Rift Drive and coordinated it to appear above the ocean.”
Legend replied, “We’ll be beamed back to the ship right about now.”
Cadance waved, “Well, you better have fun on your vacation.”
Ter nodded as the team waved as they were beamed back to the ship.
Back on the Wings of Freedom, the team returned to the bridge as they sat at their usual spots as Blaster-Tron spoke,
“Coordinates for Equestria Shores imputed, course set for Equestria Shores.”
Legend smiled, “Fire up the airships jets, Blaster-Tron.”
The robot nodded, “Affirmative.” And with that being said, Echo Squadron is now en route to Equestria Shores.
