Since his humiliating defeat at the anniversary festival, Kaos decided to solve the problem with his Evilizer and test it, so he would know it would work. The evil portal master worked so hard on his device, so he could show the Skylanders that he means business. Everytime he goes through with his plans, the Skylanders ruin them and humiliate him. But Kaos will finally get his revenge on those blasted Skylanders and he finally rule Skylands. Kaos said as he finished,

"At last, my Evilizer is upgraded and ready to test before using it on those Skylanders." His butler, Glumshanks looked at the device, "Um, Master, are you sure that device could, you know, evilize a creature?"

Kaos replied, "Of course it will, Glumshanks. I designed it and I know it will work."

Glumshanks asked, "But, what if it backfires?"

Kaos sneered, "It won't backfire, Glumshanks. I know exactly what I am doing!!" Kaos activated his device.

Somewhere throughout the Multiverse, there was a universe that the Skylanders saved called the 'EQG Universe' The EQG Mane 6 were walking down the hallway of the high school until EQG Twilight asked,

"Have any of you seen Spike?"

EQG Rainbow Dash replied, "I haven't seen that guy, all week."

EQG Fluttershy guessed, "He might have been trying to adapt to being a human after that battle."

EQG Rarity looked at the banner with Skylander Spike and all six of them defeating Sunset Shimmer and replied, "I hope he is all right. He told me that he's been having vivid dreams about his transformation. There is also a fact that he is seeing the Skylanders Magic symbol in the palm of his hand."

EQG Applejack asked, "I wonder what happened to them Skylanders after they returned to their universe?"

EQG Pinkie Pie replied, "Maybe they had a Victory Party!"

EQG Twilight chuckled, "That is a possibility." It wasn't until the final bell rang and they decided to check up on EQG Spike.

EQG Spike was sitting near a tree looking out at the forest where the Skylanders made their first appearance. He sighed and held out his right hand, gazing into the symbol for the Magic Element. He was thinking about the events that transpired when he was only a dog,

'Sunset Shimmer attempted to capture me, but Skylander Spike prevented it from happening. But since they left, I became a human teenager trying to fit in with the rest.'

He was soon snapped out of his thoughts when the EQG Mane 6 arrived and sat down near him. He looked out at the forest and asked EQG Twilight,

"This is where it all began. When you were attacked by those Grublins and Skylander Spike saved you from falling off a cliff?"

EQG Twilight replied, "This is the forest where I encountered the Grublins."

EQG Rainbow Dash asked, "Spike, we haven't seen you in school most of the time. What was happening with you?"

EQG Spike spoke, "Ever since that battle, I have been drawn to this spot. I don't know why I'm here or why I go here everyday. This place causes the Magic Symbol to glow."

EQG Rarity said, "But, you should talk to us. We could find someway to help you out."

EQG Spike smiled, "I guess so, maybe I just need sometime away from this place." But just as they were going to get up, EQG Spike noticed the Magic symbol was glowing even brighter. He looked at his friends and saw the Earth, Life, Tech and Magic symbols appear in their hands. He looked away from his friends and noticed a portal opening, he yelled,

"A portal is opening, get close to me!" They tried to hold on until the portal sucked them in. They were holding on to each other tightly until they were separated by an unseen force, one by one they separated from the group until EQG Rarity and EQG Spike were left. EQG Spike said,

"Hang on, we can still make it." But the unseen force pulled EQG Rarity out of his grasp. She screamed as EQG Spike yelled,

"RARITY!!!" He looked toward somewhere else and was knocked out cold.

Kaos was enraged that his Evilizer broke again. Kaos yelled, "What have you done, Glumshanks?! My Evilizer is broken again!"

Glumshanks felt enraged that Kaos was blaming him again for something he didn't do. And that's when it happened,

"AWWW SHUT UP, MASTER KAOS!!!" Kaos said, "What?" Glumshanks angrily replied, "What? I have been assisting you for many years and everything YOU do wrong, you blame it on ME!! I can't think straight without you constantly blaming me for something I didn't do. In case you want to be in your room again, you better show me some respect!" Kaos felt shocked to see that his own butler snapped at him for something that he blamed him for. It was the first time ever that Glumshanks snapped at Kaos.

EQG Spike woke up on soft grass and takes a look at his surroundings, he got up and walked as he shouted,

"Rarity!" There was no response, "Twilight!" It was the same result because he was alone and his friends are nowhere in sight. It wasn't until he looked around and saw floating islands. He said to himself,

"This isn't happening." Until he came to a large horn in the shape of a dragon, he blew the dragon horn and saw a big, red dragon flying towards him,

"This is happening." The Red Dragon landed near the dragon horn and said,

"Wow, I've never seen you around. But when a dragon horn is blown, I come flying. My name is Flavius and I serve the Great King Ramses."

EQG Spike stuttered, "My...my....name...is Spike and I want to know where I am."

Flavius replied, "You are in Skylands, more specifically you are in Dragon's Peak." EQG Spike fell to his knees, "I'm actually here, I'm in Skylands."

Flavius replied, "I can take you to King Ramses if you like." EQG Spike nodded and climbed onto Flavius' back as the dragon said, "I advise that you hang on tight!" They took off for the peak.

Drobot was in the skies over his home area in Skylands. He avoided many dragons trying to shoot him down, but his suit made him corrected his issue since his injury years ago, that's how he found the Arkeyan Tech that made him into what he is. He planned on returning to the island where he found the Arkeyan Tech, but he discovered something strange and went to investigate.

He landed on the island where he discovered something strange. Lying unconscious on the ground was EQG Applejack, his eyes widen behind his visor and said,

"What is EQG Applejack doing here? Or the more logical question is: How did she get here?"

His question was interrupted when EQG Applejack regained consciousness and asked in confusion when she saw Drobot,

"Am ah dreaming or am ah really seeing ya, Drobot?"

Drobot replied, "Is it logical that I was seeing things or was it really you?"

EQG Applejack asked, "Am ah in Skylands?"

Drobot nodded and said, "Hop on my back and I will take you to the Equestrian Isles, its a region inhabited by ponies of Equestria." He paused for a moment and asked, "Are you the only one here?"

EQG Applejack shook her head, "There were seven of us, including Spike. Ah think that they are somewhere throughout Skylands." EQG Applejack went onto Drobot's back and felt a strange power combine with the dragon.

The Skylanders have called an emergency meeting because of a familiar face that Drobot has found. The meeting has held in the Equestrian Isles, so they would meet and discuss what was happening. After listening to EQG Applejack's story, they know that their six EQG friends are lost throughout Skylands. Spyro said,

"Skylands can be a very dangerous place to people who first set foot in it."

EQG Applejack replied, "Now ah know, but the others are lost and we all need to find them."

Spyro decided, "The Dragon Skylanders will separate into two groups, three for both groups. Spike, Flashwing and Whirlwind will search the islands near Avalar while Cynder, Sunburn and I will search the area near the Dragon's Peak. If we encounter any resistance, such as those Grublins or any other hostiles, we have the right to defend ourselves if we didn't find an EQG."

The two teams left the Equestrian Isles for their search zones as they had to find their EQG friends fast.

EQG Twilight was lying on the soft grass on an island in Skylands. She was unconscious for the most part and wasn't arousing any suspicion to any locals since it was uninhabited. She was jolted back into consciousness by a simple tap from EQG Rarity as EQG Rainbow Dash said,

"Twilight, come on, get up. I think we might be in a strange world full of floating islands."

EQG Twilight got up and looked at the horizon, "I thought I've seen everything, but a world full of floating islands. This is..." She paused as she was remembering something from the Multiverse Incident, something that Skylander Spike told her. She finished, "Skylands."

EQG Rarity asked, "What was that?"

EQG Twilight replied, "We are in Skylands! The home of the Skylanders!"

EQG Rarity asked, "If we are in Skylands, then we need to find the Skylanders?"

EQG Rainbow Dash pointed, "I don't think those guys want us to find the Skylanders!" She was pointed to an air squadron of three Grublin Wyverns along with three riders. The girls spread out hoping to lose the Wyverns until one of the riders shot a large dark crystal at EQG Twilight's position. The crystal impacted the ground with the shockwave flinging EQG Twilight off the cliff.

As she fell, there were many islands floating in the skies, many creatures wandering on the islands. Until she saw a familiar dragon right underneath her as he leveled himself out allowing her to land on his back. She felt a massive surge of magical energy as two energy blades appeared in her hands. She heard the dragon say,

"Falling off cliffs again, EQG Twilight?"

She asked, "Skylander Spike, you...saved my life twice now."

Spike replied, "You look like you could use our help with these Wyverns and their Grublin Riders."

EQG Twilight asked, "Our help?"

Spike replied, "I didn't go alone. Flashwing and Whirlwind came with me to find any remaining EQGs."

EQG Twilight asked, "How did you know we were here?"

Spike replied, "I'll tell you what. You help us take down these Grublins and I will tell you the whole thing." He noticed the blades, "My magic might've rubbed off on you, its given you two energy blades. Ready to use them?"

She positioned herself with the blades in front, "I'm ready."

Spike formed up with Whirlwind and Flashwing, who already picked up EQG Rainbow Dash and EQG Rarity, both sporting blades of air and crystal. The squadron moved up towards their attackers as one of the Wyverns dropped a crystal chunk which exploded into three shards. The squadron separated from Spike as he barrel rolled, firing his powers at the Wyverns as EQG Twilight used her blades to knock the shards away. They came in close contact with the attackers as EQG Twilight slashed her blade with the Grublin Rider.

Flashwing used her cosmic energy to pursue a Wyvern until it turned and fired another crystal chunk, but EQG Rarity manage to destroy it with her crystal blades. Flashwing smiled,

"Our time to shine."

Whirlwind and EQG Rainbow Dash were being pursued by a Wyvern that is continuously firing on them. EQG Rainbow Dash pointed her air blade to the Wyvern and fired a Rainbow that shot it down. She said in shock,

"The sword shot it down?!"

Whirlwind replied, "You made it catch quite a gust. Impressive."

EQG Fluttershy was wandering around the strange forest area on the floating island, unaware that she was being followed by a large Grublin Troll. When she turned around, the Troll was right on top of her until she was swept off the ground and onto the back of a familiar black dragoness. Cynder spoke,

"Glad we found you, EQG Fluttershy." EQG Fluttershy was about to reply until the Troll launched a dark crystal at them, but Cynder spun in a tornado redirecting the crystal to shatter against a nearby tree. Her EQG Companion saw two Shadow Apes in the trees with the same Dark Crystal launchers, the apes fired, but were deflected by two Life and Undead blades that appeared in EQG Fluttershy's hands. Spyro, Sunburn and EQG Pinkie Pie, who is riding Sunburn gave Cynder some back up as they fought off the Shadow Apes. But the strange thing is, as they were leaving, Spyro said,

"We are still short EQG and that is Spike."

Sunburn asked EQG Pinkie Pie, "Where would we find EQG Spike?"

EQG Pinkie Pie replied, "Well, he is part Dragon. We should check in Dragon's Peak."

Cynder said, "She does have a point." She told Spyro, "Lets head for Dragon's Peak."

Spyro nodded, "Then lets go."

Flavius reached the peak and set EQG Spike near the Dragon Throne where he came face-to-face with King Ramses, he looked at the human and said,

"You are different, you do not look like you are from Skylands."

EQG Spike replied, "I'm not from Skylands, but I was brought here via portal that opened and sucked me and my friends in. Next thing I know, I wake up here in Dragon's Peak."

Ramses asked, "I think a Skylander recently told me about a battle that was waged in another universe."

EQG Spike realized, "The Battle of the EQG Universe."

Ramses nodded, "I suppose you were part of that battle."

Flavius came to Ramses and said, "My King, there are a bunch of Grublin Wyverns closing in on Dragon's Peak!"

Ramses looked at the horizon and saw three Grublin Wyverns heading straight for them. But at the same time, three Skylanders were approaching Dragons Peak. They saw the Wyverns and intercepted them. After they intercepted the Wyverns, the Skylanders landed at the peak. Spyro looked at Ramses,

"King Ramses, we were on a search and rescue mission to find the remaining EQGs that mysteriously appeared. But I see that you already found EQG Spike."

Ramses chuckled, "Well, Spyro, I think I should release him into your custody. My Dragon Knights are on high alert defending Dragon's Peak from those Grublins as it is."

Spyro looked at EQG Spike, "We have go back to the Equestrian Isles, your friends are waiting for us."

EQG Spike asked, "They were already rescued?"

EQG Pinkie Pie said from Sunburn's back as she gazed at her Fire and Tech Blades, "We were rescued and we obtained a new super duper power!"

Spyro replied, "Lets go." EQG Spike sat on Spyro's back as they left Dragon's Peak en route for the Equestrian Isles.

Once they arrived at the Equestrian Isles, all seven EQGs were reunited with one another. They noticed their elemental blades fading away when they got off the Dragon Skylanders. EQG Twilight asked,

"When we connected to each dragon, the elemental blades appear. One for a single element or two for two elements. What do they mean?"

Master Eon approached, "It means that your connections to the Dragon Skylanders have enhanced your special abilities. I've wondered about this when I was human, but it turned out to be true."

Spike introduced, "Everyone, this is Master Eon, he is one of the three main Portal Masters that guide us around Skylands."

EQG Rainbow Dash asked, "Wait, if he is one of them, then where are the other two?"

Master Eon replied, "Patience, EQG Rainbow Dash. They will be with us shortly."

Soon enough, multiple impact areas appeared near them and out came the same Skylanders from the battle, even Tree Rex who recovered greatly from his legs being blown off. There were Dark versions of Skylanders, Blue and Gold Skylanders and different Skylanders. They also came face-to-face once again with the Equestrian Mane 6. EQG Twilight came face-to-face once again with both Unicorn and Alicorn Twilight, shocked to see that they exist as two separate individuals. But in the middle of the impact sites were two familiar Alicorns as EQG Twilight said in surprise,

"Princess Celestia and Princess Luna!?" Sunburn nudged Drobot, "I knew her reaction would sound like that?"

Princess Celestia looked at EQG Twilight and then at the Skylanders, "It seems that both our universes are to team up once again."

Princess Luna told the Skylanders, "You did a good job on rescuing them. Who knows what Malefor would have done if he captured you."

Spike replied, "We do our best, Aunt Luna."

EQG Spike said, "I wouldn't ask about your relation, I already heard your story back when I was a dog."

Master Eon stood up aside the two Princesses, "We called this meeting to talk about the unexplained appearance of our brother and sisters from the EQG Universe. But we first need an explanation from one of them." EQG Spike stood forward,

"I know what might have happened, that might be the source of our arrival." He began, "I wasn't in school for most of the time because I always sat on the ridge near the forest where those Grublins attack Twilight on the night of the arrival. Its been four weeks since the battle and I was always seeing the Magic element in the palm of my right hand. But when my friends arrived and I explained what has happened, We all decided to leave." He paused and continued, "That was when we saw more symbols glowing in the palms of our hands and a portal opened up and sucked us in."

Princess Celestia asked, "Was the portal opened from your universe?"

EQG Twilight stepped in, "It wasn't from our side. The logical explanation is that the portal that brought us here was created in Skylands and sent to other areas to link with our universe."

Princess Luna finished, "We need to find out who created those portals."

Master Eon looked at EQG Pinkie Pie, who was still on Sunburn's back with her Tech and Fire blades, "I believe that should be for another time. I suggest that the EQGs should be settle in the hub area of their choosing."

Princess Celestia realized, "So, they could test their combined abilities anytime they go to the Cloud break Isles."

Master Eon nodded as he said, "This meeting is adjourned."

Spyro looked at the EQGs and asked, "So, what is your choice? You can stay here at the Equestrian Isles or you can come to see our Equestria."

EQG Twilight asked, "I think we should spilt into..." She found out that she has an odd number, "Umm...well, I guess Applejack, Fluttershy, and Pinkie Pie can go to this universe's Equestria and Rarity, Spike, Rainbow Dash and I can remain here on the Equestrian Isles."

Tree Rex picked her up, "It seems like a impressive choice. Wouldn't you three say so?"

The three EQGs nodded in reply as they followed the Royal Sisters back to Equestria via Portal of Power. Punch Pop Fizz yawned as he said to Alicorn Twilight,

"You think its time to head back to the Variant World?"

Alicorn Twilight caught Punch Pop Fizz's yawn as she yawned, "I guess so." They both walked to the Portal of Power as EQG Twilight asked while sitting on Tree Rex's Photosynthesis cannon,

"What was going on with them?" Spike face-winged, "They're married, though Unicorn Twilight and Pop Fizz had a little confrontation about it last week. But Dark Spyro and Gill Grunt managed to stop them before they started a fight."

EQGs Rarity, Spike, and Rainbow Dash were let aboard by Tree Rex as the giant said, "Let us give you the tour of the Equestrian Isles."

Skylander Spike and the other Dragon Skylanders took to the skies and said, "Follow us."

Now the EQGs have turned out to form a really good partnership with the Skylanders, it will be useful in the days to come. Because Kaos will find a way to power his Evilizer, but not today.

Author's Note:

So, the EQGs have once again reunited with the Skylanders. EQG Twilight was also relieved to see that Tree Rex was still okay. Her sympathy for the Life Giant is what kept him moving. Next chapter would put the EQGs into action as they defend the Capybara King from an Army of Grublins.
