I think Night Light should get with Luna if you do write more aout him. Getting back with Velvet would be bad for him. She went on a fucking spree to get revenge on the changeling who took his place. What's to stop her from doing it again anytime he does something she doesn't like?

I wouldn't say Velvet did what she did just for revenge. There were other things at work, most of the time she had actually pretty good reasons. It certainly made it easier for her to rationalize things in her mind. So patching that marriage back up would be a long and difficult road, but I'd say it is possible. Both have shown at different points that they still care about each other at least a little.
But like I said, Luna and Night Light getting together and seeing how Velvet and especially Twilight would react to that sounds really interesting to me right now.
Nothing's set in stone at this point.

I'm not saying that she's entirely blameless and trust would probably be an issue, if they wanted to give it another try. As a matter of fact that would be one of the more challenging aspects of writing it.
But I don't see the matter as black and white as you do. The issue is a lot more complex. Velvet had a fun ride, yes, but she also helped ponies overcome their personal problems and saved Twilight. (Granted, she could have resolved some of these situations without sex, but then it wouldn't have been much of a clopfic.

It was fun, but man Redheart could be such a little bitch... Any reason why she's being so frosty with him?
Also while it was a fun fic, I still think Night Light should get a chance to go on a sex spree, if only to even things up. And for more clop.
Besides, I'd imagine Night would be at least a little bitter about the situation; after all his wife was sleeping around (Some of which is understandable to a point like the diamond dogs, Spa Sisters and Zecora), a changeling has been going around while he was kidnapped and making a general mess of his life, and his wife and daughter run off to the Crystal Empire to visit his son but don't even bother waiting until he's well enough so he can spend time with his family.
And on top of all of that, the poor guy is getting the nurse from hell in Redheart and the only time he gets laid it's in his dreams. With Luna, but he doesn't know that.

The bitterness might still come for Night Light. At this point he's still confused and doesn't know what to think about the situation. Would you after being gone for months and just having been filled in? We've never seen just how broken their marriage was just prior to his abduction and we have no idea what Imago did as Night Light for the better part of those six months.
Here's how I arrived at Nurse Frosty: She obviously does care about her patients and tries to treat them all equally. Then Night Light comes in and gets special privileges like the single bedroom due to his connections to court. That rubs her the wrong way politically and when he makes advances, she shoots him down without a second thought. (I'd imagine he wasn't the first stalion to get frisky and she's got experience with that.)
Also there's a little bit of that nurse who stole my toys in there from when I was 6 years old and hospitalized for meningitis.

If you are going to comment in a negative way, then at the very least provide some sort of constructive criticism, as not only does it help the writer learn, but it makes YOU my good sir/ma'am seem like less of a rude, arrogant, ill informed, bored, prick with nothing better to do than to try and destroy the self-confidence of others in a vain attempt to make yourself feel better about yourself. I personally found it entertaining, if only because it was a new concept, and people like YOU sir/ma'am dash the creative hopes of others by not even telling them how they can fix what they wrote. I find that quite infuriating. 
I put my vote down with this story continuing and Night Light and Luna getting together. There are not enough story about him not being a dick. Besides with a name like Night Light why wouldn't you be attracted to the moon
