A Signal to Friendship

After failing to take Equestria, Queen Chrysalis has been abandoned by her hive. Withering away without any love to feed on a desperate signal draws a mysterious pony from Canterlot seeking to put an end to the pulsing signal that has invaded his head. Without any love to feed on Chrysalis is wasting away, but could a proposition from this pony be her last chance for not only survival but redemption? Is she desperate enough to even listen to his words?

There is no prequel or sequel...not yet. I have one completely developed in my head. I like to give my OC a back story, so he has an entire story. I wrote this on a whim for an EQD flash fiction event when it popped into my head. I hope that the lack of a prequel was not off putting. I wrote it to feel that way, like you are stepping into the middle of a side story and you are supposed to build the basics of the original story from the hints left in the side story.
