Open Heart is a normal unicorn colt just like every other until his accident putting him in the hospital and disabling him for life. Now he has to transfer to school for disabled ponies and adjust to his new life there, as well as deal with all the gorgeous mares around him vying for his attention. Who will he end up with? You decide. Every chapter after the first will feature a path towards a different mare and you decide the one you want him to end up with. But be careful. You could end up with a different ending than you would expect...
