Looking good so far! I've not seen much earlier-generation MLP but I've enjoyed every crossover with it that I've read, so that's promising. And archaeologist Lyra is a neat interpretation of the character, too, so more good signs. I'll be watching this one. :)

2950822 Both The Third Generation and The Elements of Harmony and the Saviour of Worlds have the crossover tag, so perhaps that would be apt. Those are the only two earlier-gen crossovers that pop immediately to mind. Though tEoHatSoW also has background mention of Transformers in it, so that might be part of the reason that tag's on that one.
You've set up some interesting mysteries in the first chapter with Lyra's dreams (who do we know that can manipulate dreams? Hm... :), I'm looking forward to finding out what's up with them.
Oh! I should mention, you've made lots of it's/its errors in the summary of the story. Might want to fix those, grammar errors in the summary can be bad for drawing viewers. Also, "Sparkle" isn't capitalized.
Pretty good start so far. Lyra as an archaeologist is an angle I've never seen before.
Your story would be improved if you got a pre-reader/editor--I spotted some mistakes in each one. Cool to see a pre-Gen 4 crossover also. Keep it up!

3027540 Nightmare Moon is a persona Princess Luna created for herself. I explain later that if she won't be loved than she will be feared, don't worry about her. This takes place about one hundred ten years before Nightmare Moon's Eclipse. I hope to show a side of her that I have not seen any-one else do.

My, my, my, what is this? It has happened yet again, I've found yet another under-rated, under-appreciated and unheard of gem, hiding within the depths of Fimfic. It is so utterly charming and engaging, and filled with delightful story elements. I love to see a good and well-written Nightmare Moon, and the human exodus from an alternate world is something I have yet to see done well until now, and you have just hit the concept out of the park for me. The mid-fantasy setting too just works so well, and even where I typically find such a thing boring you've written it in a way that I enjoy and look forward to seeing more of. This story has more than captured my interest, and I shall be watching closely. I can't wait for more.

I..never imagined that. smooze is a dangerous thing, looking at it from the eyes of a teen or adult but when we're kids they had the catchiest song in the whole series. what is going on over in that place and what is scorpan up too?
that explains a lot about hydia draggle and reeka. in the end, was he any better? this will certainly come back to bite them all in the ass
