Tagging someone in is more for a team sport/game, where one player will tag another player on the same team to swap with them or return them to the game after they'd been tagged out. One example of the former would be tag team matches in WWE style wrestling, where one player will tag the other to swap who is in the ring.
For the game of tag though, it's "it", because the player who is "it" is the one who has to try and catch the other players, all of whom are in at the start. Apparently, the game is even called "it" rather than tag by some people.

Very nice. Maybe this story could have used a little more explanation for how Diamond goes from her stuck up self to letting go of her prejudices and enjoy the things she takes for granted, but this was still very enjoyable. I like that Snails didn't appear overly slow. Good job with this
