Okay, so this apparently takes place post "Keep Calm and Flutter On" (In which case Discord shouldn't be being deliberately antagonistic towards Fluttershy, his only friend) and post the end of the Stitch sequence of movies and show (in which case, Stitch shouldn't be anywhere near as destructive. He was only like that at the start of the first movie and during the series.) While a very enjoyable story, the characterization given the scenario feels way off.

Stitch comes from at some point during the first two movies. His presence will be explained, though there might be a bit of a wait for that.

Of course, there's always the possibility that the Galactic Alliance has undercover agents giving them information on planets they haven't officially made contact with, and Pinkie is their agent for her planet. In which case it's not so much breaking the fourth wall (except for the 'Fluttershy's the star' comment) as it is breaking cover...and not so much a hunch as a debriefing from her superiors...
