A young boy was soon to be killed by his parents who accidentally gave birth to him. They were supposedly about to correct their mistake by killing him.
Now that was a fun chapter. a lot of men wood like to be in Amos position. I can't wait to see the next chapter. I do hope it will be soon. I wanted to know if Luna and Princess celestia go into heat ones or twice a year? Do they have more control over there bodys? When Amos met Luna that nite was she in heat? Is this how ponys git there speshow sum pony? The male Pony's wood have the same problem as the female pony's have if they where hit with mare sent. I am surprise Amos did not meet more male pony's in the bad lands for the same rezone Amos was there.
Well the princesses are considered goddesses and they can rule quite a lot of subjects, right? It would only make sense if they were able to deal with those "urges" through the power of their great magic or that they would have heat much less often since they are almost immortal. Take your pick of those two. So Celestia and Luna do have more control over their bodies, but their comes a point in which even they have to submit to such urges. The ponies have a sense of romance, but that is not at all how they get their special somepony. The whole subject of heat is so that the ponies(keep in mind that even though they are sentient they are still animals and have some instinct) can reproduce. The stallions, in my opinion, have small "urges" throughout their lives. During a mare's heat, the stallion which would most likely be in a relationship with the stallion would choose to reproduce with them or not.(I'm starting to sound like a damn scientist aren't I)Anyways, Amos didn't see much other ponies in the Badlands, because....well...as the show would most likely have it the Badlands would be seen as...bad. Law and Order was a pony who just wanted some time alone, think of his name and that gavel cutie mark. You know what his job probably is. The other stallions went off to much safer areas say...the Whitetail Woods, some plains, or some mountains where they were away from most or all of the population. I'm glad that you enjoy this story so much. Check out my other story Never Leave Me if you might want some more interesting moments of good chapters. The early alternate ending upon it is very...(spoiler).
Just realized, I just gave you a small speech to read. Have fun!
I have written long before I ever joined this site. I didn't have any feedback thought other than contest rejection with no criticism. So I couldn't really fine tune any of my writing whether it be a poem or story/short story.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I must get back to writing the new chapter for Alchemy Vs. Magic.
2878172 It does have a good plot, but that isn't what makes it good. It's me putting in three keys to success.(Check the extremely long paragraph in my inspirational thoughts and sayings at my user page) A big thing that makes this story succeed adequately is the fact that it is very original and still very relatable. I'm sure that there is some kid out there that has been rescued from such monstrous parents by a kind adult. Just replace that kind adult with Princess Celestia...and bam...how I got my story.(I'm rambling now so I'll just shut the hell up)
I'm very happy to hear that you all love this story so much. I'm hoping you guys will be my support givers to keep me writing. Please check out my other stories, it will help me immensely.
well i'm cool with that. I just think clop keeps the story interesting at times. Before you ask, no i do NOT clop to clop.....i think just its plain weird to do (my opinion). Anyway keep up the good work on the story.
I am very active in our community and I'm devoted to my readers. As I type this, I'm working on uploading the next part of my other fic, Never Leave Me. Hell, I don't let anyone in the real world read my fics until I upload the parts that I typed, so you all get to read it at the same time.
Nice. ...Hmmm, you got me thinking for me to actually write stuff here. Not sure if i will, this is literary a 2 year old story my mind put together (blame final fantasy, some random video games, and certain TV shows I watched) and actually wrote the stuff down on my computer to get it out of my system....well like I said, I gotta think it through. The whole concept of the story and mainly the protagonist may seem queer or maybe even crazy to other people. the whole scenario came from a 'what if' kind of idea that made me write it. It got me thinking,(Warning: very long and possibly boring ideas and monologging and stuff that may not make much sense, and minor grammatical errors ahead about the story i that kept bugging me till I wrote it. Read at your own risk. XD I would really like to get your opinion about this story of mine. I kinda feel bad about reading all these nice stories here and not posting one myself.) "What will happen if a guy lived for eternity unable to die?" I thought if this were ever happen to a guy, his life would probably turn into literal hell way down the road. he isn't just coping with what most immortals go through. Sure they live forever, but my view of them and the way the word is defined, they have the potential to live forever but there's nothing in the definition that clearly states that they can't die. So not being able to die, doesn't seem bad, but i beg a differ. Eventually the immortals, or most of them will meet their demise. Either through their pride, arrogance, ignorance, or just being plain evil. THIS guy can't die, even if he wanted to. Every mistake or mishaps he makes is something that he'll have to live with forever. Eventually everything will fade away into nothingness and he'll be the only one left. Even beyond time itself he'll still exist, doomed to wander the lands till that fateful time comes. Great power comes with great responsibility, but the power he possesses is unheard of. The knowledge his holds seems straight out of science fiction. And what better way to share this technology with his own people. Though he neglected to realize the roots of human nature and the way they discipline themselves. After all, there is a point where humans will become so powerful that they risk doing away with themselves completely. days turns into years, then decades, and centuries, and eventually millenniums go by. He finds it interesting how the humans rely on time so heavily. They have a past, present, and future self for everyone one of them. Or in other words, they exist in more than one place in time. For him, time cannot touch him. Not becuase of the eternity he is doomed to live, but rather the phenomenon that HE only exist as one entity at only one pint of time. There is no past self of him, neither is there a future self. Only the present time he currently exist in. In existing at only one part of time and nowhere else has its perks. It makes the travel through time much easier with fewer consequence. He watches as the things he shared with his people to benefit them slowly corrupts them beyond the point of no return. When he rejects to share anymore with them, they sought out his destruction, believing they could force him into it or end him in the process. Doing so, they managed to take everything away he held dear. First was the people he called his family. It was much later that their unintentional death during World War III (started by his own technology he gave to them) was more intentional than it seemed. They didn't stopped there, the few friends he managed to make along the way were slaughtered and stripped away from him. All of this causes him to look grimly towards his kind and to the point of considering them a different kind apart from him; the theories and recent evidence he conjured up encouraged this thinking. It was impossible for anyone to be immortal. Degradation is inevitable. Yet it was happening to him. he was living proof of it, defying the laws of physics itself. Or at least the laws the humans could find with their idiotic minds. He remembers the man who he was proud to call he father. It mattered not to him if he wasn't related by blood, he still considers this man his father. "You gotta be careful around love, son. especially with your 'condition' one small mishap and it'll scar your life...never being the same." How he wished he heeded those words when he met her. Whatever he did to her, she wouldn't leave him alone. No matter how hard he pushed her away. Eventually, she took his heart. Having a bleak look towards the whole 'love' business especially the one done in bed, things went slow and were quite frankly, awkward. But he had feelings for her nonetheless. He thought his life was there to torture him, to remind him of all his errors and mistakes he made, the people that died because he failed to protect them, to remind him his 'life' is no life....it's a fate worse than hell itself. He did everything he could for them. he protected them, saved their lives, served their kings and leaders, vanquished their enemies....and this is how they repay him. Valkyries...those bloodthirsty monsters. He knows little of their origins save that it was the results of the humans; along with everything else that never existed before. Why they took her away or better yet listened to those damn humans in the first place was of no concern. The humans put them up to it. After all they've done to him, the hate , the rejection, and the pain they made him endure, it wasn't enough to satisfy them, they had to take her life.....The world he considered home, he never wanted do away with it, but it was the only way. They took her life and in debt all of theirs must be forfeited. He just delayed the inevitable, destroying city after city, nation after nation, but the humans are cunning beings, able to survive the most horrid of experiences. If they failed to kill of a group of their own kind, how will killing all of them be any different? These thoughts were far from him at the time. Though he is saddened by the action, he does not regret it. The debt has been paid by doing so. The only things those humans provided for him was wars....he fought many of them throughout the ages, and he can't seem to get enough of it. When he fights, the pain dulls and goes away and his mind focuses on the battle. Though they create many wars to fight, though some greater than others as time goes by, always end. When he doesn't fight his mind starts thinking again and the pain returns. Now there is no more war nor will there ever be any on earth again. How can there be if there is no war to fight on a planet that doesn't even exist anymore? has the time come, is this the fate he has been loathing all his life? Existing in the nothingness of space? No. He knows its not. After all he hasn't fulfilled his promise to her. He must move on and continue his endless journey....for her. he is bounded by his own words. Ever wondered what life existed in other dimensions? Perhaps there are dimensions where pokemons exist or even where equines become sentient beings. It is possible, but finding it is another thing. And even then, despite what similarities of such dimensions where figmentational characters and beings match those that the humans created for mere amusement will never be exactly alike. Where in these 'shows' they are in it presents no murder, or violence, in reality will be ever present. And of course the 'other' materials they don't present. After all how can there be more of them if they don't reproduce? Even the said humans in the 'Pokemon dimension' differed from what the ones he recently dealt with. Similar, yes, but not enough to be considered or even classified as the same species. He often refers to people who resembles humans as Pulsinians but often refers to them as 'humans' as an insult to their behaviors and likeness. His experience in the 'Pokemon' dimension was most unbecoming all in itself. Most loathed his arrival because soon after, in their eyes, he brought down their 'god' to her knees. One thing he hates seeing is a being worshiped and thought of as a god just because they possess more power over others. To think that SHE created all life in that dimension? How stupid can these beings get?! If there was someone who created everything, he knew it's not her, he knew exactly who created everything. But he rarely thinks about that and avoids the topic all together if possible. Those people he saw before his very eyes turn into dictators, and absolute monarchs that rule the land with an iron fist. He didn't want them to experience such things. Arceus fell during the battle, beaten and humiliated before all to see by what looked like one of them. After that, one by one, people and Pokemons alike say Arceus as just another legendary Pokemon and nothing else about her. The anger, and hatred or the rejection you would think she receive wen towards him instead. Was their level of thinking so mind numbingly low that they can't see why he did what he did? Another factor they shared with humans. He began to think yet again. His mind alert and about, and with it the pain returned again. There was little to no strife that could help occupy him there, and the undeserved resistants the inhabitants brought were thinning his patience. He protected the innocent and killed the guilty. That is what he has done for the humans as well till their betrayal started. The judger of life and death itself rested on him. The poor being who received death from him is unlike any other. It is true death. Both the body and soul alike are killed during the process, and they cease to exist throughout all time. Those who die by his hands are forever lost. Only their actions and deeds remain, nothing else. Before they could kindle his anger, he took his departure and came upon Equestria. The inhabitants here took time for him to comprehend. Colorful, equine sentient beings roam this planet. however there is something else to them. They all seem to be anthropomorphic. Everything else seemed to be just about the same as that 'show' the humans came up with. Things did not improve for his situation. The lands her were peaceful....to peaceful. He needs to fight. He needs to! But there is non. The 'wars' these equine beings fought were mere training practices to him. There was no stopping the pain from coming back. It is unbearable to endure. But he has no choice, he can't do away with it and just end it, no matter how much he tried. He must go on...for her. He will fulfill his promise, he will never give up on life. He will find it, no matter what. But to his eyes, through this lonely road he walks, he will never live a life again.....he use to have one...back when he remember is actual name until 'it' happened and his life died....it is out of his grasp, life can never be his again. True to his name he given himself before the journey started, he only scars himself. All he wanted was to help. To use this knowledge and power for the good of others, but in doing so, he turned everyday for himself into living torture, brought the death of everyone close to him, and the destruction of his own home. Never again will he make those mistakes. He sees now why only he can handle the knowledge he possesses. This is tale of the endless journey of the Forsaken Warrior................Worvern Scar...................................................................................................................................... (yeah yeah i gave him my name but I wanted a name with the word 'scar' in it to represent the mistakes he made and brought upon himself. I thought for days on a name and just said "heck with it, I'll just use this name I'm already using as a gamertag. Its got the word 'scar in it, yep good to go. But seriously i could barely sleep till I actually wrote some of the story down cause it bugged me so much.) yep, a lot of ideas that came to be the story that's setting and collecting dust in my computer. I honestly am considering picking it up and actually posting it here in fimfiction, but I'm having second thoughts about it. What do you think about it?
Any story is worth a try. This seems particularly interesting though...
Worvern Scar resembles Lucius...King Lucius that is...my very first OC.
A being that defies all laws, wields a god in his right hand, and can't be destroyed unless done so by the opposite god he wields. Completely impervious, immortal, and indestructible, he cares naught for the lives of others that aren't close to him. He wields power so great that none dare to defy his dark walk and those that do are doomed to die. He ate souls while his kept growing in power as it stayed blacker than the heart he had. Black bones, all he was and is. A monster, they say he is. The Darkest One, the name they gave. Destroying universes that held dimensions which were galaxies. Nothing stood in his way, but one thing. The Heaven sword, the opposite god of his own Death Sword.(cheesy, but i'm sticking to it) On one of his most biggest power enforcements, he had altered the point of gravity to cause hundreds of universes to collapse. He rules the Underworld, with an army the size none has ever seen. Armor crafted from the finest ruby, robes from the softest material. He is considered a god. He is one of the few who have true darkness, the power he was born with and the power he craved for. He was damned at birth...He is damned to stay at the plane of no existence, where there is no time.
wow. now this King Lucius guy sounds pretty awesome. Well, *cracks fingers* time to get that story, proofread the hell out of it, and start posting.........now all I gotta do is figure out how to post a picture for the story here like everyone else does.
Post a picture, good thing to do and easy...just open an image in a new tab when you find a good one and copy that url of the site, aka the site address bar at the top...hope I helped
Don't you worry, it works. I must say though, an epic picture. But there is no picture good enough to depict Lucius....Damn that guy is amazing...did I mention he got married and had four children...he married one blessed with holy power...and even had his and his wife's powers passed down. Quite amazing how he can still do what he likes, protect them, train guards to be ready to challenge a town by themselves, and run a kingdom bigger than a whole universe...
Did I say he conquered hell, demons, and the devil himself, extinguishing the supposed eternal flames of hell, just so he would get the souls of the damned.
3389824 yeah King Lucius is pretty badass. Worvern Scar on the other hand....well the poor guy has a pretty tragic past. He is neither good nor evil, if that makes any sense. When i was developing his character and background, at the end, I just felt sad for him. he pretty much had to teach himself everything to begin with. Due to some mishaps with time, his 'childhood' is nonexistent. He eventually decides to use his knowledge and power to benefit mankind. At the end, he causes mankind to become more corrupt and power hungry and the earth, later in the future, turns into some world straight out of a final fantasy game. At last, he refuses to help the humans anymore, and in retaliation, they pretty much destroyed what was left of his 'life', and he, through anger and revenge (and possibly some justice to keep them from becoming too powerful) reluctantly destroys his home world. At the end he is forlorn and has no will to live any longer. But not being able to die, he has no choice but to put up with everything, but continues in pursuit of life because of the promise she made him take. The guy is practically addicted to war (but not to a point where he almost becomes an entirely different person -- the way he use to be before hell broke loose for him) because it help alleviates his burden but winding up in Equesria where the 'wars' there are almost an insult to him, everyday becomes harder and harder to go on with. He is constantly reminded of her and often sees her in his flashbacks. The mere mention of her name brings back the memory where the valkyries killed her in front of his very eyes which in turn incites extreme anger and rage to the point where he almost goes berserk. But soon after, his mind is flooded with extreme grief and an unbearable empty feeling within him. Ever since her death, he can not bring himself to eat, drink, or even sleep since they bring back too much painful memories of her. He is haunted by the death of his family and scorns himself for not being feeling to any remorse or sadness for their deaths. His humanity is barely in tact. He only feels and exhibits a minute fraction of emotions a normal person would. Some of which are happiness and joy. because of this, and the sheer amount of time it has been since he last expressed these kind of emotions, he is often confounded and perplexed on how anyone who openly embrace it. One instance, where he witnesses twilight sparkle become an alicorn through learning the magic of friendship, he is greatly angered by this and remarks "So an intrepid being such as yourself is glorified through learning about this idiotic notion of friendship?! You...know nothing of it!!! This 'friendship' is a weakness. Another way one can use to hasten your demise. Your spirit is weak. Feeble! It breaks under the slightest amount of consequence. I doubt your insignificant mind can even withstand a millennium before giving in to insanity's embrace. After all, with friendship comes friends, and like all people, they'll turn into dust. How many can you bear before you are tempted to end your immorality You god damn, walking crayon!!! ...........Friends.....there lives are fragile. They knew that, and that's why they massacred them. However that was only the beginning....." He has this intermixed nature about him where there's this merciless warrior like side that rebukes anything small and weak, while there's this other side of him that's the one who simply is rundown and is overwhelmed with his past and is unable to break free which makes approaching him extremely dangerous for most situations. Despite these two ways he tends to act, it is not 2 different sides of himself (like a good or bad side). since he can only exist as one entity, it is impossible to him to have things such as a split personallity, or a good and evil side kind of stuff.
*suddenly realizes* aw crap. I too carried away and wasted 15 minutes or more describing him again. i better get posting soon. XD
3390291 Lucius childhood= daily basis of father beating him for endurance and resistance to pain...damn
Worvern Scar wouldn't like Lucius, for the ones Lucius holds the closest such as his wife, children and most trusted friend(s), he will steal another immortal's immortality and give it to whoever he desires, talk about corruption. He will eventually destroy a god himself using the god in his right hand after many more millenniums in time, unless he sees the plane of no existence before that.
Lucius, humanity. Bad combo *ba dup tsh* the guy likes those nearest and says screw you to the rest, hell so far in the fanfiction he saves one town, and destroys the rest of earth just so he can have some humans to mutilate, torture, talk, and rule over as well as a "soul farm".
3417803 XD Now that's some childhood Lucius has. i have to agree with you on how Scar wouldn't like Lucius though. However, I'm not sure if he would even give a damn about what Lucius does depending on how far gone he is. Hmmm....Lucius might even spark a curiosity in him and he might take time to see what he does. Since he isn't bound by either side of good or evil, he might possibly overlook the pure evil Lucius really is. And at the point in the first chapter I'm literary writing as we speak, its when all the major events have already happened in his life where now he looks upon all beings bitterly, but is mellowed by his haunting past that repeatedly pops in his head. Well after thinking over it, and given the details of the character of King Lucius from what you told me, Scar would most likely ignore him, even if Lucius turns hostile and 'tries ' to kill him. That's my guess. *continues to write story vigorously* almost done...Come on fingers! type faster! XD I'm using the end of this month as a deadline to motivate myself to finish the first chapter. I hope people like it when it comes out. Oh, also i changed his first name so it wouldn't look like i was making myself the main character. His name is officially Drangrim Scar. You think the name suits him?
3418034 how far gone Lucius or Worvern Scar is? I believe you mean how long it would take for him to build dark energy, make a simple portal hole, and walk right into his dimension in whatever bonding universe it is in.
'tries' well, he could, but why waste time on someone who didn't mess with him and why waste time running all over to find one person when he could just...I don't knoww...maybe blow up the planet he lives on. Oh, wait, he isn't that heartless to a place that didn't try to deny him the rights to live like others did.
3419815 Well I meant Dragrim Scar (changed his name remember?). Though it would be interesting to see Lucius' reaction in meeting a being who can't die, aka Scar. But before i get carried away again. I'll stop myself here. XD I don't want to spoil the story anymore for you just in case you decide to read it when I start posting it. Well.....ah what the heck. I'll give you a sneak peak and show you a picture of what Scar looks like.
Couldn't get this picture without all the random guys on the right, but that's generally what his armor looks like. Red, yellow, and overall, pretty neat looking armor.
3460014 They aren't blood related...sooooo...it gets confusing, but my conclusion on such situations is: not cousin to blueblood, nephew(sorta), and not the surrogate to the Sparkles including Cadence.
If my answer doesn't satisfy, then turn to making a group thread or a site dedicated to making since to things.
3741522 Well I am glad I could help you, I just remembered I saved this story to read after being distracted by school and other blockades in life and decided to continue reading and I have to say the funniest part is when Twilight is prowling around for Spike because the comical scale in that scene alone was so high made me laugh my ass off of my own chair; If you do continue on this story I say good luck in directing this masterpiece.
3741557 Funny thing, I don't even remember writing that or working on it too hard. Thanks for the comment, I'm thinking about wrapping this up in a paragraph epilogue. This comment though, has inspired me to ignore my academc friends and write till' my hand falls off, for that, again, I humbly thank you, my good sir.

Better, but still a little fast.
The Rainbow Dash part was very well paced though.

potential rape good times good times, loving the story by the way
2878155 Glad to hear you like it.
2878166 whats not to like it has a good plot and the story just has me completely wanting more ya know

great chapter

'To Do" list.
3355030
Don't you know that people like Celestia knows what they are doing?
Besides, it isn't like he will harm anyone he cares for, look at his past.
...........aw man...was hoping for clop here, especially since they're in heat. my advice, add clop.
3375259
I won't write clop, I refuse to do it. I hold high morals, but that doesn't stop someone else writing such a scene for me...
well i'm cool with that. I just think clop keeps the story interesting at times. Before you ask, no i do NOT clop to clop.....i think just its plain weird to do (my opinion). Anyway keep up the good work on the story.
3378868
I wouldn't ask that. As Rarity would put it, it is quite rude to ask for answers to personal questions.
And thanks for the watch it always helps me keep going.
i guess she would. And i gotta say, I've never gotten a reply back from an author this fast. Or in other words, your awesome!

~Darkness...I am DARKNESS~
3389676 thanks man. found some pictures for the story.hmmm.....let me see if I can put one here for you to see. Well hope it works.

I kinda like this one since the background has this Armageddon look to it.

~Darkness...I am DARKNESS~
Oh, wait, he isn't that heartless to a place that didn't try to deny him the rights to live like others did.
you will be receiving a message soon...

You might want to check up on your cousin....
(Shotgun, ten year old, logic?)
do you plan on continuing this story?
3598607
Maybe...I have a block on this and I will continue this when I think of a good way to continue it.
When Amos was getting chased down by Rainbow Dash a certain character popped in my head

Or in most cases this is what I would mostly do

3740196 You, sir, have made my day after struggling with many attempts to get through Blighttown in Dark Souls.
I am surprised this story still gets comments, I have written anything good on this in a long time. Though and idea just came to me.
3746205 Wow, if that was you not trying then dang; But as I said I am glad I was able to inspire you hopefully in a positive way.
