I still find it slightly rude that Fleur responds to Tavi with 'bonjour' (good day) when Tavi lead with 'bonsoir' (good evening), and it is actually evening. As Fleur's mother culture is Prance/French, it seems rather non-sequitur or rude of her to miscue like that.
Beyond that, Celestia's Slick Plot this is Good. Reminds me of watching French Romances on IFC and the other arts channels.
Though, suddenly I'm craving Brie, Camembert, and Red Wine. 
We always need more Octavia.
I'm interested to see how you portray Fleur in this story. I can only hope my own headcanon of her isn't mercilessly destroyed in the process.
