Ok I saw this happening but just not so soon, you're getting better though from what you had first written....anyhow it's better but I must say once again....you need to add some details that engross the reader instead of being so blunt and brief with a subject
a group of dragons entered a room.....perhaps elaborate to the readers what this room has in it? is it a simple room of a craggy old tavern like scene? and elaborate but also macabre gothic castle corridor? or is it just a room in one of the dragon's parent's basement where he is freeloading? WE NEED TO KNOW THESE THINGS, sure it may seem un-necessary but it grab our attention and helps us create a mental image, I STRONGLY advise taking more time with this, adding detail, and getting maybe suggestions from someone or even ask for creative advice because as i had said on your previous story it's not a bad idea...it just needs to be presented better

This has a lot of promise. Also I have to admit, the quality of this from the prequel is literally a mile away. You have improved so much in such a short time.
It's nice to see that despite what happened to Spike in the previous story, it just let us know that the Mane 6, or should I say now Mane 7, do care for him and have romantic feelings for him. Plus like others said, being the savior for an Empire that was gone for at least a millenium does has its perks.
I take it that there is a little bit of inspiration from Tenchi Muyo, am I right?
Also, it's not much of a prediction, but I have to second the pony that commented Celestia and Draco were a couple. Whether they're a couple now--well, that's why we have to keep reading
. Same with the relationship between Spike and Celestia. I do love the idea that Draco (a dragon) loved Celestia so much that he turned into a pony to "be with her", if you get my drift. However, it would make more sense for Celestia to temporarily transform into a dragoness, hence Spike's egg. I'm starting to thing that Celestia isn't just Spike's adoptive mom, but that she is his REAL mom as well.
So Draco Fangtooth has come out from hiding.....the living legend has returned.
And
, one of my predictions was partially right: Draco is a pony, but also a special pony that has the ability to transform into a dragon. Having his description plus the way he handled himself agains Darkblaze and his cronies was quite thrilling. I'm still waiting for the part where Celestia realizes that thanks to Draco temporarily transforming her into a dragonness, they conceived Spike and laid his egg.....and that the reason Spike was hatched by Twilight is because Celestia wasn't quite powerful enough to hatch a dragon egg in pony form.
I wonder what would happen when everypony else (including Spike) react at this. The following emoticons could cover it:

This doesn't even seem like the harem it was in the first story....sure they're all together but I would suspect real emotion coming from this. Spike having his heart broken in despair after seeing they didn't marry him out of love or weren't even in love with him in the first place would definitely be more realistic.
If Spike had a little more humility (the virtue mind you) or even some self loathing this story would instantly become better as it would bring out a better harem between the 7 girls and himself.
That's all I had to say, this is still your story after all.

Edit: Great to see that Spike's intelligence is still there....seriously, I think that it's a bit of a shame that we don't see his thinking side as often as it should. I thought that based on episodes like "Lesson Zero", "Magic Duel", and "Hurricane Fluttershy", we have seen that Spike can be as intelligent as Twilight. Go figure.
Also, good work Draco, let your descendent figure out things for himself, it works out better that way.
