A normal day in Ponyville unfolds as Pinkie Pie works up the courage to deliver a letter that's been weighing heavily on her mind for quite some time. However, the arrival of a mysterious blue box, a manic brown stallion, and a new alicorn quickly take the day's sense of normalcy and throw it right out the window!
How will the recipient of Pinkie's letter react to the words contained within? How will Equestria react to this strange stallion, his easily irritated assistant, and his magic wand?

A couple of typos I noticed: the word you want for the Eternals' chosen victims is probably "ephemeral" (only one r), and while 'vile' may potentially describe the effects of concentrated poison joke, I think what Zecora has is more likely to be a vial of it.
Other than that? Tracking this to see where it is going. (I honestly don't know what it is about Doctor Who crossovers, but of the ones I've read thus far most have been pretty good. This one looks like another candidate for that list.)

I was looking for some sort of creative backup plan on Twilight's part. (Saving one last poison joke bomb, dousing them both in it) Or perhaps Celestia somehow noticing the disturbance. (You would think several rainbooms would not go unnoticed by Canterlot)
Maybe it was just wishful thinking. Tough audience, your fic deserves a better rating than this.

Heh, yeah, Twilight's first backup plan wasn't really that much of a backup, it was pretty much just the first plan with some minor editing.
As for Celestia, were she as nearby as Canterlot then those Rainbooms would indeed have caught her attention (not to mention resulted in her opening a big ol' can of whoop-ass all over Raszagal), however, both her and Luna were much, much further away. I hope that helps
