that was a really great story

And then they all went blind from staring at a solar eclipse without eye protection. :derpytongue2:

But yeah, it's a pretty nice story. Reads a bit like a myth or fable.

Darn good story, really captured both Luna and Celestia, and their relationship between each other and their celestial counterpart. ~Celestia's Paladin, Ex Solis et Lunae, Providentia et Prospera

I watched it with the audio book http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MsjeRrj7LkU

I teared up a little. Great story!

I can't believe I found this off of Youtube, but it was worth it!

"No no manly tears! Get back in my eyes where you belong!" :fluttershysad:

4870 So much win in that comment.

The audio book makes this story even more wonderful

A very sweet story, don't read this with a sad song in the background.

This made me realize something in life.
I quote my quote with thee.

"Life is a tower. If the foundation shall not work together, the tower will crumble under the weight of greed and cruelty. If the foundation works together, the tower will stand tall, held up by us. Only us."

Wow that was REALLY good loved it :pinkiehappy:

Where's the link:applecry:

THE FEELS, THEY HURT!!!!

Nice story there, well written. I also hope the other stories haven't been abandonned.

Awww!! That was really sweet.

That was short but brilliant. I'll watch the video later, when I can.

I read this. Thought it was sweet.

And then I read it again with the audiobook version in another tab. I'm currently wiping tears away from my eyes. :fluttercry: Absolutely beautiful.

Thanks! Glad you liked it!

AWWWWWWWWWWWW YEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
That was my reaction when the moon was all like, "Luna's sad? Alrighty then, F*CKING UNSCHEDULED ECLIPSE, B*TCHES!"

Dem Feels Bro Dem Feels...

4870 I can't help but laugh and at the same time want to curse you.

Beautiful piece again Squeak. Very much the feel of a fairy tale or an old fable.

Moon is badass, oh yeah.

Nice story, twas sweet.

Just for the record, totality (the part where the Moon completely covers the Sun) is completely safe to look at without protection—it’s partial eclipses (and the partial phases at the beginning and end of a total eclipse) that are dangerous.

This being a moon that apparently decides for itself where it wants to go, I’m inclined to believe totality lasted like an hour or something, and the partial phases just a few minutes.
