The Dhamphire Idea is actually prevalent throughout vampire literature at least modern ones they are only rarely mentioned in the older stories. but the general idea is, while similar, wholly my own.
The Clans are loosely based on Laurell K Hamilton's Anita Blake series and if you read those you will understand what I used and what is mine. however that's 25 very long books lol.
The gear is actually based on an old D&D team my wife and I used I am actually in the process of Drawing Moon Strike in his full battle gear and while I'm not the best artist I might post it just so people can see what my vision is somewhat.
Thank you for reading and enjoying my story and I will have something out within the next day or two depending on how my muse beats me up.

When I started this story it didnt have the anthro tag although i guess with the wings they are technically anthro but otherwise it is humanized completely so i thought that since people dont normally read the tags i would put that in there

I think what happened is that I got hit by the so called self righteous knights of the fandom and while I understand they have their reasons i dislike their habit of downvoting anything with the slightest hint of clop in it. all that aside thank you for giving my work a chance and for the fave and up vote :)

Maybe. Maybe some folks downvoted for the erotic elements, but this story has deeper issues.
First of all, I downvoted your story. I had a hard time even forcing myself to finish the one chapter I read. It has multiple issues, such as show vs tell, pacing, and descriptions. The opening paragraphs are info dumps that tell me more than I need to know (at this point in the story) about the vampire clans, the world, Dhamphire, ect.
There is an area where I think you are getting downvotes without reads, and that is based on the vampire/ romance elements.
I wish I could offer concrete advise on how to correct the problems I see here, but I have at least tried to tell why I downvoted rather than just saying that I hated it.
