Everyone loves a carnival, right? No one in their right mind doesn't. So let's go to the carnival in Ponyville. It'll be big fun. Everyponies looking forward do it. So, let's join them and go to the carnival. Play some games, ride some rides, and give up all hope.
The OC Carnival Cat is owned by Sand Josieph, but he told this other person they could write a fanfic for it, so since I loved the OC, I decided to write one. I'm not one for OCs. I might have given her a new power. I don't know all about the character....I'll stop talking now.

Sludge is one of my OC's who is something of a minion of the Cat. She can be seen in a number of my pictures, one of which I used in the original "Carnival Cat vs. Ponyville" video.
