Unfortunately, the two story lines are incompatible. Path of Cloud has given his blessing for this alternate storyline though. It just won't be canon for the original "Weekend" series.

I recommend reading the original Weekend Maid for Spike story, in it Spike spills the beans on Twilight's lovers.

RD and Thunderlane? Fluttershy and Iron Will! You got some weird pairings for this story. Anyway favoriting cuz if it's even half as good as Weekend Maid for Spike, it'll be terrific.

.....there's something that I personally haven't seen shipped before. Definitely is gonna be comedy supplied. By hearing about Rainbow's Idea of a Wonderbolt Weekend, I'm actually surprised that Thunderlane isn't one of the Wonderbolts being auctioned, considering in canon he was a cadet for Wonderbolt Academy, I guess he made it.
Why do I get a sneaking feeling that there may be a little more than just the mane 6 (and Spike) trying to bid high enough to get Soarin', and that sneaky suspicion is Rainbow rigging it to get both Thunderlane and Soarin'. I bet bits are not an issue--they got a walking bank with Sparity wondering about (Rarity's business, Spike's ability to mine out gems thanks to Rarity's spell).
.........and completely unimportant to the story, but I bet Cheerilee has one hell of a bouncy magenta ass...just the kind her boyfriend Mac loves....
