Ideally I would have liked to uploaded the actual first chapter as well, but it still need some work.

An interesting concept. I am especially curious to see how you have society treat the "imperfects." You seem to be implying that they are ridiculed and reviled. It is very interesting from a sociology point of view to look at how a society that almost reaches perfection treats those who fall short. Personally I would like to see you tackle the stories of many more "imperfect" ponies.
The chapter is short, but as you mentioned it is an introduction. Consider me intrigued.
