During a meteor shower, a mysterious unicorn falls from the sky and crashes near where the Mane 6 were watching the shower. They take him to Ponyville Hospital only to find that he has no name or memory whatsoever. While he's recovering, a certain purple unicorn seems to become more intrigued by him.
