The Cutie Mark Crusaders are the best of friends, but when life sets them on different paths, can their friendship survive? Will they find a way to bridge the growing gap between them?
While the Mane 6 are away on royal business, the three rambunctious fillies find their lives changing. They are growing up, and growing apart. Without the guidance of their older sisters, these fillies will have to find their own answers. Their single-minded focus on finding their cutie marks is no longer enough to build a friendship on.

Yeah, I've never uploaded a story here, so I don't really know what the community standards draw as the line. They'll be a couple "birds and the bees" style jokes at some point, and I didn't want to under-label and get in trouble later on.
I figured it was better to over-shoot and give it the stricter label than get an angry message from some admin later on.

Oh, okay haha. You don't put that tag on there unless there is an actual instance of said word, like a scene or something. Birds and bees jokes with CMCs are fine (and hilarious), but I'd keep the teen rating just in case, or ask someone experienced for rating assistance. I'm new and was insanely confused when I uploaded my story a couple days back, haha

Ah, the mysterious minds that we own as children, never comprehending our mistakes. I miss the simple innocence from way back when...I could nearly get away with anything if I tried looking adorable enough...nearly.
Great chapter mate, keep up the good work. I can't wait for this whole 'bully' thing to come too a head, though I want Scootaloo to be wrong, I also don't want her and the rest of her friends to have any ire directed at each other. That would be terrible!

To any and all who have actually been looking forward to more, sorry for the long delay. I recently moved, and have been without internet or writing time for a while. I have the new chapter mostly ready to go, but I'm tearing it apart in editing. It's a chapter that I really want to get right, so while it should be up soon, it might be a little while yet.

Also, I can honestly say I never really got "the talk". I still know anatomy well for my gender (not for the opposite gender, I guess on those parts of tests) from school. But I never had to get it from a family member or anyone close to me. I successfully avoided what seems to be a really embarrassing moment for most people

Since you were the one who brought it up way back when, this chapter was the reason I'd originally thought that I should rate it Teen. So, unless this chapter strikes people as inappropriate for an Everyone rating, I'll stick with 'Everyone', since it won't get any worse than this.
2964572 Yeah, I think this is okay for everyone. It's actually not too far out of the show. Did you ever notice when Scootaloo was writing the CMC song, she was very gutter-headed? Here's what she said:
"We fight the fight, walk the walk, talk the talk, eat the, uh..." *makes a face* "food like a celery stalk?"
Now what rhymes with walk, talk, and stalk that could fit instead of "uh"?

I'm glad it's back too! It's been sitting here, slowly getting worked on over the last few weeks, and I finally took the time to sit down, clean it up, and post it. I'm also glad you seemed to like it!
Now, I'll have to get started on the rest of the story tomorrow, so hopefully it won't be another month before it gets a new chapter.
