Its got a good premise so far and I'm always open to more dota crossovers but I think you should get a prereader as just reading through it I noticed various spelling and grammar mistakes that even a decent prereader would catch.

At first I thought about Manta Style, because after Armlet and Drum of Endurance that's what I usually build for him. But they do look quite silly: glowing blue Antimage-like blades. On the other hand, I'm not a big fan of the Lod[A] build (except on Lifestealer) but it definitely looks cooler.

I had to reread the last part to register that there are two Luna's in this story. Not typically something you want to do in stories but I'll let it slide as this is a fanfic. Also, as someone who has never played DOTA before, excellent job fleshing out the DOTA characters and describing them well enough to get a feel for their personalities and looks.

I mean he's almost the only guy with no lines for killing or meeting heroes.
Also mind cutting the exposition with the titles,names would suffice and "dimension" sounds a bit too...modern?
So "planes" would fit more considering what era the Dota 2 world's in.

It was a very good chapter, previous one, not this one, but I do understand comedy to fill the gap. My suggestion, Karl is immortal and old, really old and really powerfull and in a battle of arogance and to trim down princess Twibutt's ego.
