Sorry I couldn't make it through the rest of the chapter, let alone the rest of the story.
He just suddenly wakes up in a midevil room, then when he opens the doors a ton of guards of a completely different intelligent species that he didn't even know existed untill then are standing there pointing weapons at him. When he closes the door one of them apears suddenly infront of him and he suddenly trusts it. Once he figures out that 'it' is infact a 'she' and she can speak perfect English does not even make him suspicious. Then he sees her use magic and doesn't even question it or care, as if levetating things were normal or something.
I call this the 'Overtrusting human syndrome'. It is where an HiE story has Humans teleported into Equestria and they suddenly trust the ponies or they don't trust eachother for about two or three chapters then suddenly all mistrust evaporates with a single sentence made by either pony or Human. Alot of authors get in that kind of thing, try not to do that in the future. It is sure to kill alot of peoples interest in the story.

This is a self-insert, but if you believe it or not, that is how I would genuinely act. I wouldn't freak out.
As for the magic, I've always been fascinated by it. So it's not that hard to believe. For the English, meh magic as we'll, it's not like at this point much could faze me.

First off -i really like your Story!
It is easy to read and even uses my humor(sometimes)
And the only reason why you would not freak out is because you "know" of ponies.
Thats at least what i think.
