597 years later!?!? OK, first i think that was really to long a period of time. I feel like you are rushing the story. It's Good and i'm very interested, However you need to add more detail. Skipping 597 years is just, Honestly very much too long. the last 8 -10 paragraphs where hard to understand for me I didn't really get what some of the stuff happening was.

Je so he is a rock star too? Interesting, I'm still curious about he being royal and stuff but I like the idea of him, creating and assure that a band never die, and help them evolve with the past of time. He virtually make a band a living legend.
For the description I though he was some kind of business man creating all sorts of transportation and other gadgets, helping Equestria improve but I see he is more like a free bird. I like that he and Celestia still hold a solid friendship.
Also is cute how even if pregnant Chrysalis act like a teenager girl in her first weeks with her love one, she really must love him, if she is so affectioned with him.
