After all, Canon Canon doesn't show Cloud Kicker helping Fluttershy train for the Tornado, now does it?

I don't recall Cloud Kicker joining the guard in the Winningverse...
I figured since Lightning Dust was essentially kicked out, the the only other logical choice would be a pony that is one of Rainbow's closest friends/co-worker, because teamwork is important. The only one I actually saw at the Academy, in show, was Cloud Kicker. Therefore, the best choice in my book, given input from Winningverse canon, was Cloudy. Not to mention, I really like her character in the Winning Pony series. She really deserves a character tag...
