Overall, an interesting story - I look forward to seeing where you take this. I'm currently holding a personal bet with myself as to whether it's going to be a case of DID or a case of 'The Mask'.
That said, I did note a few minor grammatical errors; I hope you don't mind my pointing them out.
'Captioned' should just be 'caption'.
'Apple Jack' should properly be Applejack, and 'Aint' should have an apostrophe. (Even if it's normally not considered grammatically correct, it is a contraction of 'am not' and does take the apostrophe between the n and t.) Finally, there should be a closing quotation mark on the last sentence.
As above, Applejack's name is one word, not two.
'They're apartment' should be 'their apartment', as it's an indicator of possession.

I forgot all about this story, but I'm glad to see it's popped up again. It's a bit sad that some stories just have the bad luck of never getting noticed. This story, with only 263 views and 8 likes as of this comment, is much better than a lot of things I've seen with 1000+ views.

Yeah I kind of screwed the pooch on the ending. Sorry. When I first imagined this story about a year ago, I imagined the recital scene a lot more climactic, but I guess my writing skills just aren't good enough to make it how I imagined.
