Post-Cancellation Note #1: People are still adding this story to their "read later" for some reason. I only have four prologues for this story written but it's a cancelled series. Also, this story's concept isn't going to the trash bin. It's just back in the drawing board. So it'll be back. Sunset Shimmer has finally made it to day two of the Star Swirl Music Festival. In celebration, she and Pinkie Pie run off to the festival to enjoy a day of unknowns.

But, this isn't about that.

Photo Finish has been shooting the music festival. If the organizers like her work, she'll be made the festival's official photographer. But her bid portfolio has gone missing.

Rainbow Dash discovers her element of harmony to be missing, and so asks Twilight for some help. As luck would have it, the element appears to somehow be in the world on the other side of the mirror portal. With explicit instructions to stay as far away from Canterlot High School as she can, Rainbow Dash is sent through the mirror to retrieve her element, but staying away from CHS might prove harder than she thinks....

Harmony, a cryogenically frozen forerunner of the pony race, is found deep within an ancient science lab on the western front of Equestria, Twilight is recruited to investigate the lab, and in doing so deactivates the pod found within, allowing for Harmony to live once more in an all-new world as she struggles to find her way around. Little does Twilight know, the pony she released may just end up being the key to saving one of the most tragic events Equestria will ever see.

The latest Gala's theme is decided, and with it a friendly wager. Amidst the Masquerade, Twilight tries to seek out her friends while remaining hidden. Her deductive skills are a match for anypony, except for Rarity, perhaps.
