This is tagged as Spyro the dragon but is a mlp x Skylanders crossover. There is simply no Skylanders tag so it will have to do.

Frederik, Jason, Fred, Keith, Barry, Mateo, Kaitlin, Kellie, Kendal and Chadwick are all good friends who met at a game expo a couple years back, all cosplaying as their favorite Skylander. One day when they were all hanging out at Keith's house. A weird box is dropped at his front door, which contains figurines of their favorite Skylanders, all wearing a accessory they were currently wearing.

The moment they all grab their respective figurine, they all black out and wake up in the middle of a clearing in the whitetail woods.

This series will be complicated for you to understand if you don't know about Skylanders. I personally only have played the games and will only write lore around what i know and the games. Each character will unlock the different forms of their Skylanders. If a Skylander doesn't have a rerelease (example being one of the Skylanders in this story), or not enough forms. They will get custom forms picked by myself.

You may ask what counts as a form for them? Anything basically. A special figurine such as a glow in the dark? Special form. Lightcore? Special form. Etc.

HOW DID THIS GET FEATURED ON THE FIRST DAY?!

Twelve years after defeating the Dark Master, Malefor, and bringing peace to the realms, Spyro and Cynder have mated and are expecting an egg. However, they soon receive word from Ignitus that their quest to restore peace may not yet be finished and that their enemy has found a new target in a land called Equestria. After Spyro had defeated Malefor, the world was still being torn asunder. But in the last moments, a bright flash happened, and now he and Cynder are still alive.

That all happened several years ago.

In an effort to try and find Spike's birth parents, Twilight stumbles upon a hidden society of creatures who have been friendly towards ponies for years. Their leaders? Spike's biological parents and two very familiar ones at that.

A story somewhat inspired by Spike's Two Mommies - Fimfiction but with barrowed elements from Ponyville goes to the...dragons?? - Fimfiction such as Ember from the Spyro the Dragon franchise falling in love with Spike but with my own spin of the purple dragon also being sought after by a suddenly jealous Rarity and Garble's own sister Smolder. Yet the main ship will be Spike and StD Ember even if I am coming around to Spike & Smolder as a romantic pairing. This is more so for the purposes of this fanfic's plot more then anything.

Spike's not the only one that's going to be caught in the middle of a love triangle though. I have a couple of tricks of my own up my sleeve. Of course, anyone caught saying my other surprises before I reveal them in the comments will see their comments auto-deleted on the spot so...don't.

The impossible happened --- Malefor was defeated.

As Spyro lifted his wings and let out a healing wave of magic throughout the broken planet, his one prayer to the Ancestors was to save the last remaining Dragons from extinction.

It’s a pity he never specified just what he meant by “save”, and it’s a shame that the Ancestors have a cruel and bizarre sense of humor.

Now stranded on an alien world, Spyro, Cynder, and the inhabitants of Warfang, the last Dragon City, look to an uncertain future with both wonder and fear. Worlds have collided, new friendships will be forged, and nothing will ever be the same...

A continent away, the newly-crowned King Thorax of the Badlands Hive has his own troubles to deal with. His Hive has been contacted by another, demanding that he attend an emergency session of the Council of Seven in the very seat of Changeling leadership and sovereignty to answer for his crimes of defection, espionage, sabotage, and high treason against the dethroned Queen Chrysalis. If he cannot defend his actions, his Hive will be disbanded, his Changelings absorbed into the Primordial Hive, and he will be exiled. The young king’s leadership abilities will have to be put to the test before he even has a chance to wear his crown.

Thankfully, Twilight and her friends have offered to help...
