Following the accidental demise of an aging Lightning Dust, her lifelong photographer Photo Finish opens a new show in her memory. You wander the gallery walls examining each image carefully. As they flow together, slowly, a story begins to emerge. Is it the right one? Who gets to tell it? Who was Lightning Dust, really?

She found the Memory Stone, took advantage of it, was caught using it and was stopped. She even had a couple of friends in her Gardening Club...

... and that's it.

Once Wallflower Blush graduated from Canterlot High School, her gardening club spot was occupied by someone else and... simply got forgotten again. Her friends stopped talking to her, and she is invisible to almost everyone at her job at Sugarcube Corner, and only manages to talk normally when she is at her distant aunt's home, Photo Finish, a modelling photographer.

However, one night, maybe by chance or by the force of destiny, somebody looks at her. That will not only change her life but also the ones of everyone around her.

Oh boy, this is going to be a crazy year.

It’s been years since Photo felt inspired to do anything, and months since she has done anything at all. After she sees her first picture, she begins to reconsider.

Photo Finish didn't want to go to summer camp. Neither did Blueblood. Spending three weeks in Ponyville muck with a bunch'a lowlifes? No thanks. But Ponyville is full of surprises, and the two of them quickly discover that there's more to life than what lies in Canterlot.

After a mishap at Blueblood's ball, Photo Finish starts to feel certain feelings for a stallion she revisits that night.

Cover will possibly change with this story as I write it, I ain't exactly proud of it but I already planned a drawing to it that I don't ever think I'm gonna get to it.

Set in the episode "Green Isn't Your Color", Fluttershy finishes up a photo shoot and meets a cheese enthusiast mouse. Somehow, this causes Photo Finish to detect what she calls 'the magics', and the magics sweep the nation in a most unprecedented way.

After being called “not sexy”, Celestia decides to prove the opposite and therefore sets up a photoshoot for producing and publishing some saucy imagery, starring herself.

And don’t worry: With more than a thousand years of life experience, Celestia simply MUST be well versed on the matter of sexuality! …Right?
