Starlight still isn't entirely sure she belongs in Ponyville after her whole change the past plan goes poorly. It takes a strong pony to realize that sometimes you can't help everypony and Twilight realizes this. She sends Starlight to a bar to meet a friend and hopes she didn't make a mistake sending her student to the most bitter pony she knows.

Blossomforth moves to a new town after graduating college. She doesn't really have social life and learns to make friends. And try to not flee the town.

Lemon Hearts is an Equestrian matchmaker. That's sort of like a doctor for ponies with a very specific and persistent disease. And like most doctors, she hasn't picked the soft option.

I, Sassaflash, am just walking around town doing normal Sassaflash things, when I come across a flyer advertising this thing called the "Human's Trial Friendship Trip." Player 4, our local human living in Ponyville, and the first human to come to Equestria in thousands of years, wants to do a "friendship experiment" where he goes on a roadtrip/vacation with ponies he's never met before.

Finding myself liking the idea, I sign my name on the flyer, but I'm just one of many. It's not like P4 is going to pick me, right?

Nah... will he?

This story is a self-insert and is a side story to the series Player 4 Goes to Equestria, but, it is written from Sassaflash's perspective. She narrates the story, in her first-person view. I hope you like this perspective that I've never seen anywhere before!

Sea Swirl loves Sassaflash.

Sassaflash loves Caramel. Caramel loves Sassaflash.

It'd be so much easier if Caramel was a jerk. It'd be so much easier if Sassaflash really loved Sea Swirl all along. It'd be so, so, so very much easier if Sea Swirl didn't have a mind as wide and vacant as a deserted seabed.

The trouble is: love is like life, and both are like the sea. As simple as they look on the surface, they're so mind-bogglingly strange and complicated underneath that it's easy to get lost without a guide.

Life, love, and the endless sea: Sea Swirl herself can only manage one of those three. But she's always trying her best. And sadly, her best might not be good enough, not when it comes to the one thing that matters most:

When Wind Whistler, a pegasus from G1, falls into a portal that leads her to G4, she is at first puzzled, for the way she looks is 'unlogical'. She hopes that in this new land, she will be accepted, unlike back in her own generation. However, when she flies to the small town of Ponyville, things turn out to be worse.
Much, much worse. (Slight gore, but nothing more than 'I stepped on a stick, and my coat looks like it is turning red, but I know that it is my blood' and such.)

Fluttershy is getting ready for a party when she is informed that one of her best pigeon friends, Kiwi, is severely sick. She then seeks out the help of Pigeon Mare, a hermit pony in a shabby green building in Ponyville who spends all her time with pigeons. Despite Rainbow Dash's warnings, Fluttershy begins to form a trust with the stoic mare and tries to show her that ponies aren't so bad.

Based off the Hey Arnold episode Pigeon Man. I love the episode and its message, and the only part of this story that I feel is a complete rip off is the end, but it's so beautiful I couldn't help myself.
