Ponyville is in the grips of terror, a vicious killer known under the moniker of "The Ripper," has taken hold of the peaceful town. It’s denizens are scared to even walk the streets at night. The Royal guard have made little to no progress finding the killer and almost every day the attacks seem to get worse and more barbaric. 

In the mix of this is Rainbow Dash, a weather-pony when she can't be bothered to be one, who suffers from chronic boredom, laziness and a driving need to find any kind of excitement in her life.

Little did she know her wish would come true, when she stumbles upon a dying creature and without thinking saves it’s life.

Thinking that would be the be all and end all her short lived celebrity status is quickly halted when the Royal Guards politely inform her that she and the creature are now their last ditch attempt at finding this killer. 

This was not what she signed up for.

Elsewhere, Lieutenant Checkers, disgraced and looking for redemption, must do what he can to find this murderer. Unfortunately for him, the only thing that he has to work with, is a weather mare who seems more interested in herself than this investigation, his assistant Night Light, who he can only barely keep in check, and this stubborn new creature who might hold the answers to his questions, if only she could speak at all.

And he isn’t entirely unconvinced that the creature and The Ripper are not one in the same.

After spending some more time with Scootaloo, Twilight starts to wonder about her home life.
Her discovery has her want to give Scootaloo the family she deserves. She should have no problems with Spike and Rainbow Dash there to help.

Colt Detective is the story of Clue Chaser.

After his father committed suicide, he was taken in by his uncle Time Turner and now lives in Ponyville, trying to adjust to his new life there. But Clue is convinced that his father was murdered, even though no one believes him, which weighs down on him considerably.

Thankfully, with the help of some friends--including the imaginary voice of his hero, Phillip Finder, protagonist of A.K. Yearling's Equestria Noire series--he'll find his way and gain the experience and knowledge he needs to become a true detective and maybe even find his father's killer.

Button Mash has always been that weird little colt who likes video games more than anything else, or so they say. And that's what Sweetie Belle likes about him, really likes about him.

Eventually, she starts to realize that these feelings aren't just friendship but something far deeper. She's in love with Button Mash, and her friends want her to ask him out.

There's just one problem: Sweetie Belle doesn't know how she's supposed to get Button Mash's attention, let alone him tell how she feels. After all, she's not a video game.

After being a bully for so long, even gaining back the respect of her peers didn't make Diamond Tiara feel like she deserved their kindness. Especially when one of those classmates was the only pony she could have ever called "friend". She betrayed her one and only friend, and doesn't think she's worthy to go back to her. Maybe a newer friend can convince her otherwise.

Rainbow Dash keeps getting heckled by all her friends about her alleged romances. But why? Who's responsible for this? And how can Rainbow Dash put an end to these rumors?

It's been a month now since Smolder had told the others about her liking girly things such as tea parties. One day every week after their classes they all go to Smolders dorm to have their weekly tea party. On one of those days Gallus decides to stay after the tea party to help her clean up and notices her being a little off. When they finished cleaning and Gallus went to leave, Smolder ended up passing out, earning a concerned and worried feeling from Gallus who then decided to stay until he helped her figure out what was wrong. 

I activate the spell Needed Explanation! With this I have to give a long drawn out explanation on why the hell I'm fighting a demon from hell, a horde of insects, a hydra, and an amalgamation with a children's card game!

Okay in all seriousness I thought I could just go over to a friends place and have a fun time playing Yugioh(since I've been playing Magic the Gathering for so long I wanted to get back into the swing of things), nothing really special right? Well that is until I met the witch doctor Voodoo and lost a bet, now I'm stuck in another world with nothing more but the clothes on my back, four yugioh decks, and a new duel disk he gave me anyways and threw me to another world for his 'amusement'.

So I'm stuck with people that don't know what the game is, and I can also summon monsters that can do actual physical things. And let's just say that in this world, it's play for keeps.
