The kingdom capital of Equestria has fallen. Celestia is missing and wanted for high treason, and her sister Luna has gone into hiding. A new power has come to rule over the country, and promises to bring justice to the kingdom. Thus, the "Equestria Elite Guard" is formed, stationed around every part of the country, and made up of the most finely trained warriors across the land. Unfortunately, the change in power doesn't sit well with everyone, and some have taken matters of justice into their own hands, some of which involves exposing the new order for it's corrupt nature. Twilight Sparkle, high-school student and sister to the leader of the "Alpha" division of the EEG, determines to put an end to the chaos once and for all while trying to find her ex-mentor, but the truth can be hard to face, especially when they involve everyone close to you...

In another Equestria, order is maintained by a select group of skilled spellslingers operating under the endorsement of the crown. The ponies call them Lawmares, and they are a dying breed.

Twilight Sparkle is one such Lawmare, considered by her Princess and her peers as the finest spellslinger in generations. Her abilities will be put to the test soon, however, as a dark force is growing in the North, and not even the Lawmares may be able to keep the chaos at bay.

Find out why "Human in Equestria," "Sci-Fi," and all G4 characters are banned from Omegathyst's "Hot Pony Summer" contest.

Stories about those things can COST PONY LIVES.

There are hundreds of kinds of fictional content which can cause gen5 ponies to suffer unnecessarily (as opposed to appropriately), and Omegathyst has helpfully listed and banned all of them in the rules for O's latest contest.

Also, to the best of my knowledge Omegathyst has a sense of humor. Let's find out exactly how true that really is!
