This story is a sequel to Harmony's Parallel

Equestria is in terrible condition after the Princesses, the Elements of Harmony, Discord, and Princess Twilight's students are nowhere to be found. A cult sprung up in their absence, trying to find the Harmony that vanished from their land in an attempt to rid themselves of their corrupt leaders. A small group of three young mares act on account of the cult to the Crystal Empire to try and find their lost Harmony.

Sombra has won, and the Element of Magic is presumed dead or missing. Equestria has assumed the former. As the country prepares to defend itself, there is a rumor of a weapon that Sombra has that forces Celestia and Luna to rethink their defence. When they think they cannot have worse news, they find out that not everyone in Sombra's army is brainwashed.

Twilight was Sombra's prisoner. And yet, he hadn't killed her. Instead, he presents to her an offer that will change everything.... but she still has a plan in mind.

They now want to show off their skills in public in hope they will finally get their cutie marks. Conflicted between their dreams for the future and their friendship, they make the decision to become traveling sales ponies.
But their families are right when they tell them that Equestria is a dangerous place.

The journey they set forth on will not only change their future, but their whole lives forever.....

This first chapter was written for Round #9 of the Season 4 Writer's Training Grounds of Equestria Daily for "Twilight Time".

Hello. If you're reading this, you somehow found my message. Hopefully you are a fellow Brony, and will not simply assume this is the insane ramblings of a crazy person.
Oh, I suppose I should introduce myself, this story is about me, I guess. The name's Cain. Nice to meet ya.
Now, getting to the point of why I sent this out. Ya see, a few months ago, I had a rather unsettling experience. My mind was ripped from my body on Earth and transported to wherever it is our beloved Equestria lies. Normally, this would be nothing to worry about, as it seems to happen all the time, but frankly, this time was different. Instead of being sent to Equestria as a human, or nay, a pony, my mind was placed inside the body of an Equestrian.

Unfortunately for me, it happened to be Diamond Tiara.
