Flurry Heart is not like other filles. She’s your local geek, otaku, cosplayer, comic obsessed fangirl. She’s also a Princess, but who cares?

Cosplay? Check!

Life savings? Check!

Extra big saddlebag for her new collectibles? Double-check!

Permission form her parents? Che… hey! What you mean with diplomatic meeting? Does it have to be today? Wait! Not fair!

It's a huge step they're taking, and it's going to be hard, and long, and exhausting. But it's going to be worth it in the end, to form a family with him, to be a mother—is like all the pieces of her life are finally falling into place and she's exactly where she needs to be.

Warning: The following story you are about to read contains mentions of violence, death, the afterlife, F/M, M/M, sex (don't panic, all the characters that do so will be 18, consensual and mentioned breifly), talk of sex, suicide, and figuring what to do with eternity. If you are uncomfortable with one or many of these things, you know where the exit button is. 

Neither Gallus nor Sandbar expected to die so early, but at least it was dying while saving the world. With their lives over, all that they expected was a simple slip into darkness for eternity. Never did they imagine that what awaited them was paradise for their deeds and actions.

Of course, one doesn’t just accept or come to terms with their sudden death. Especially at such a young age. There are regrets, questions, and discoveries about oneself that come with the prospect of being welcomed into Heaven. Some of these experiences can be welcoming and others can be sorrowful moments in an otherwise bright and happy world.

Yet, perhaps the biggest experience is one that will see the two bond past the flames of friendship and into the waters of love. After all, everything is possible in the afterlife.

In theory, the Festival of Friendship will be Twilight’s official appearance on the world stage. Yes, she’s participated in diplomatic talks, hosted diplomatic parties, and interfered with a nonzero number of less-than-diplomatic Gauntlets of Fire, but she’s never been the main attraction of the political circus until now.

The issue isn't being part of that circus. The issue is that nocreature's buying tickets. And at least one's trying to sneak in.

Set between the end of Season 7 and the movie. Much expanded from an entry in the August 2016 Writeoff Competition. Prompt: *Princess Not Included. Thanks to Krack-Fic Kai and hawthornbunny for their help in prereading.

With her potion making skills improving, Apple Bloom gained Twilight's permission to borrow a book about potion making. Not so long later, when the Cutie Mark Crusaders decided to make and use a potion to make things fly like magical pixie dust in a famous story. However, due to a mistake, the Crusaders ended up brewing a potion that obviously did not fulfil what they originally wanted it to do, but also accidentally spilled it onto themselves, turning them into birds.

As birds, the Cutie Mark Crusaders discover how different their world became, as they adventure around in their new forms before finding a way to change back to normal.

This story is mainly inspired by the Tangled The Series episode Freebird

This is my fourteenth overall story, and the first to focus on the Cutie Mark Crusaders, as well as the first to have its events taking place during MLP:FIM instead of after. It is also linked to most of my other stories, being a Friendship is Magic story that does not have the alternate universe tag.
