Just thought I would give you all an update. Thanks to this, I feel I can finally start writing again.

Sorry for no updates for a long while. I've just been bit by the black dog as Winston Churchill called it. However, I'm crawling out of the trench and have sped up my work on the next chapter.

Thanks to everyone who has followed me now and continue to do so. I will not insult you by saying I'll have a chapter out very soon, but for sure before Christmas. I'll publish a pseudo chapter to remind loyal readers Memoirs is not dead.

It's been far too long, and I thought I would let you know Chapter 47 and 48 being worked on. 47 will be a quick tour through Ponyville and Canterlot to see what else is going on and 48 will be, we hope, the adoption. But, there may be a surprise of two in store. I expect 47 to be done in the next week or two, and 48 about a month after that.

I realize the pace is slow, but, as always, life is busier than I anticipated. Not bad, quite good in fact, but just lots of it.

So, started a mini chapter, 3rd person, showing what happened the Elusive and Doctor Emerald, and what the big fight between Shining Armor and Captain Nightshade was all about.

Should be out in the next two or three weeks.
