As the title suggests, I am not dead.
I know it's been a while since my last update, either on the story, or of my progress. But don't lose faith. It's taking a bit longer than I intended, but the rewrites are still underway. They're over half done, now. The deeper I get into the story, the more gets added and improved. I'm quite excited for it, and have even got some pretty well-known authors helping me out to iron out some of the issues from before.
Hello,
I just wanted to touch base with all my readers to let them know that, despite the lack of contract, I haven’t stopped writing. I’ve been busy with rewrites. Speaking of which:
I feel I owe you an apology. Or at the very least, an explanation.
So, for those of you out of the loop, I’ve been working on rewrites for the original Death of a Queen story. The process has slowed down a bit, as I was moving a bit fast for my editor and prereader to keep up. But, rest assured, the rewrites are underway. I currently have 18 chapters rewritten.
Hiya everyone,
I know you were probably expecting for another blog about new chapters being posted. I know they can get annoying. I apologize. But this week, I've got something different in mind. This time, I'm making you all an offer. This blog will act as a sort of AMA (Ask Me Anything) about Death of a Queen. If there is anything you want to know about the story, feel free to ask.
Things are finally calming down. Actually, they're not calming down at all. In fact, they're getting worse. After all, she always does . . . right?

Let's hope they're up to the challenge . . .
Chapter 48: Back Again
Chapter 49: Dinnertime
Now reunited with Twilight, Chrysalis reveals the doubts that have been weighing on her recently, prompted by her long bout of self-reflection while on her own. She shares these doubts with Twilight, hoping she might have a few answers of her own.
Chapter 44: Self Reflection
In her journey to find Chrysalis, Twilight is finally brought back to where everything began. In an effort to finally understand, she must confront the past mistakes that led her to this moment. More than that, she must show another that those mistakes don't define them, and that, even for an immortal, life is too short to let mistakes hold you back.
Chapter 43: Lovely Lies
As Twilight nears the focus of her search, she and her companions must make their way through the storm that swirls endlessly around the changeling hive. Despite the threat, she remains determined to see this mission through. Luckily, she's got some of the best friends in the business to help her out.
