Heyo everybody.
I come with some bad news, well, kinda bad, and for some it is good news. Welcome Home Soldier will be delayed until next year, the reason is that I have a Christmas sequel I need to write, and I only have so much time to do it.

I just wanted to let you know the reason there was no new chapter last week is because I have been REALLY sick, and I have had a fever, coughing, and all that jazz. However, I am feeling better, and I am making headway with this new chapter. I will try to get it out to you as soon as I am able. :)
So here is some news. Here next month will be totally 100% focused on Welcome Home Soldier, with a chapter being released every week!
This story has been my baby for some time, and it is so close to being finished. However there is still some ground to cover, and some loose ends to tie up. This story will be finished this year!

Just wanted to pop in and let you know the next chapter of Welcome Home Soldier is arriving tomorrow. I can't believe it had been so long since the last chapter, and I am sorry. Things were going well in January, but so much have happened since then, and I simply could not find it in myself to write. Not that I did not want to, but I just didn't like what I wrote, and so I rewrote several times.

There is going to be a delay, not because of writers block or anything like that. The chapter is about halfway complete, and is going well.
Sadly though, I have had to lay down as I have gotten a pretty bad cold, not corona, but a cold.
I am trying to write on it now and again, but I am just too damn tired and unfocused there is no point. Sorry for the delay guys, I have it out as soon as I can write again.. 
Heyo guys, sorry for the wait, I had a lot of problems with this next chapter and I was stuck for quite some time on it. So today I decided to scrap the chapter, and start over, cheating a little as instead of going to the past, I'm going to continue in the present with Sharp Shooter and Applejack.
The chapter will be out between today, and Friday. I hope to get it done before Friday, but now you have some sort of idea.

Just thought I would let you guys know the next chapter is coming along nicely, so this is not really a long blog, just thought I'd give you word that you don't have to wait for much longer.

Welcome Home Soldier is far from over.
But because I have to focus my efforts on my Christmas story for this year, chapter 9 will likely be the last chapter of the year. Depending on how much I get done and how much I can keep ahead of schedule, I might be able to release chapter 10 too, but no promises.
So when I write a new chapter for this story I can't help but think about what kind of theme song it would have.
I think I have found the one that I think most reflect the theme I want to hit with my story. War, love, loss, friendships. A dark past in the field of battle, yet finds new life in the light of the apple orchard.

New chapter is coming along very nicely.
I'm waiting for some artwork before I can release it, but the chapter is around.. hmmm, I would say 70% to 89% done.
Not sure how long it will be, won't be as long as the last one, but it will still cover something important in Sharp's life and show some insight to his time in Saddle Arabia.
Anywho, that was just a little from me!

Alright, wanted just drop a quick note about my progress. 
The latest chapter of Welcome Home Soldier is about 50% done, I hope to get it out to you in a few days. Sorry for the wait, but it has been really hot and it has been hard to write anything when you're uncomfortable.
But as I said it won't be too long now.
Hey guys, nothing much happening, just wanted to give an update on things.
I've been kinda tied up with some private matters, but I am trying to write a little everyday , but alas I have not gotten as far as I would have wanted by now. 
BUT! 
I am working on it, and some of the other stories when I have some time. Just going to take a little more time. In the meantime, here is some relaxing waiting music. 
Bloody hell, this is an insanely good game!
So while I am looking for work, I have plenty of time to play Ghost of tsushima. It's a really great game, if you have the means and time, then give it a try, it's crazy good. :D
Anywho, didn't wanna leave you hanging, so I just wanna let you guys know the next chapter is being worked on, It is coming along nicely. ^^

Small update on my latest chapter of Welcome Home Soldier, the chapter turns out is going to be longer than I anticipated, probably around 7.000 to 8.000 words, maybe more, maybe less.
I'm up to about 4.490 words. So won't be that much longer.
