It may sound unlucky, but chapter 13 brings our story to a close. Big thanks to everyone who has been reading and keeping up with not only the story but the series. This one has been fun and a big step forward for the developing relationship between Hunter and Sunset. It's the end for now, but the series isn't done yet. Enjoy and see you next time.
Chapter 12 is up and it's time to wind things down and start setting things up for the future. Chapter 13 will be the final chapter which will give some insight into where I plan to take this series in the future; I thought a lot about where I wanted this all to go from here and I think my choice will be pleasing and hopefully expectation subverting. Chapter 11 is finally up and it's the big battle. No frills here, just action and the climax of our story; things aren't over yet though as up next is the aftermath of the battle. Enjoy.
Chapter 10 is up and we're getting ready for the final fight. On a personal note, in this chapter we get to see Hunter and Aria have a heart to heart as they find their point of connection. Across all three stories so far, I have a lot a favorite parts and this scene between them is one of those parts. The Dazzlings are great but they remained fairly one note in canon and I've been taking the opportunity to try and flesh them out a bit and this is Aria's turn; explaining to Hunter why she's so
Chapter 9 is up and this time it's Hunter and the Dazzlings for round two against Cobalt. Outside of the battle, we get some more development for both Hunter and the sirens as the story begins to enter the home stretch. Enjoy.
With chapter 8 we flow through the aftermath of the fight and go for a round of checking in with all parties involved. Next chapter, things pick right back up as Hunter and Cobalt face off once again. Enjoy.
Chapter 7 is up. Sunset, Hunter and the girls make their move against Melodiam and Cobalt. Round One, FIGHT!"
Chapter 6 is up and it's the final wrap up before the first major confrontation with Melodiam and Cobalt. With things the way they are at the moment, I've actually got family coming in for Easter and part of the following week which is rare but poignant given the circumstances of the world. I'll still work to get the next chapter out by the end of next week though. For everyone who enjoys the holiday; I hope you stay safe, healthy and above all positive.
Chapter 5 is up and we slow down a bit for some development and sweetness. Not much to say on this one, the story just keeps rolling along. Enjoy.
Things are rolling along with chapter 4 in the books. This chapter focus on development and backstory for what is occurring now and why. The Dazzlings have done some awful things, but something they did was so bad even they don't want to talk about it; however it has come back to haunt them at this point when they are trying to move on from their past. Enjoy.
Chapter 3 is up and it's time to get the Dazzlings fully involved in the plot and meet our villains. I'm actually adding the Dazzlings to the character list for the story which I should have done in the beginning. Hope the intrigue continues to build, enjoy.
