I've been getting up early to walk the dog and water the yard/plants since Saturday. (Mom's gone to help take care of her dad for like a week and a half.) I don't like getting up early, I just feel tired the rest of the day.

So Both Dragon and I haven't been feeling all that well this weekend. Basically, the weekend is when we have enough time to actually get some writing done. (I've had headaches the past couple days myself.) Basically the next Chapter of Welcome to Distopia might be delayed a bit. Though we have a plan. Dragon also has a bunch of shorts planned out and I was going to write a short myself today, but my brain decided No, a migraine sounds better today.

Has been bleh. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday we close at 8. People tend to forget that so food and drinks are still going out 10 minutes to close. And don't get me started on when I get slammed by all the dishes coming back.

It's not like it's horrible. It's just incredibly frustrating. Two more days before I get a bit of a break, plus payday is next week.

So I've had a couple of long and weird work weeks and I've had this chest congestion bug all week. Haven't been able to get any writing done with Dragon so there's probably not going to be a Welcome to Distopia chapter tomorrow. I've been resting today and I'll see how I'm feeling tomorrow. I might just take these 2 days to rest and recover before the coming work week.

So I got a short done. I really liked writing it. I got to express a little of my Ultraman love. I hope people like it?

My chest congestion hasn't gone away, but it's not too bad with cold medicine. And as it turns out there are forest fires, or some kind of fires, around Colorado. So if that's not the source of my coughing and general shit feeling, then it's probably exacerbating it.

I wanted to get a short done for Welcome to Distopia (Since Dragon and I can't easily write a chapter together at the moment.) but my body apparently disagrees with me. Been fatigued and I've been coughing, and just generally drained. I hope this is just a 24 hour cold thing.
