I think it’s fair to say that my writing has been very inconsistent as of late. My updates for Trixie haven’t come out in a long time, and I’ve mostly been focusing on smaller one shot ideas, many of which started off as prompts from a writing group I’m in. This isn’t a typical pity post, however. I’m not going to lay the blame for all that on my emotional state or anything like that. It’s actually a lot worse.

Trixie Has Returned!

This is just a quick update.

I have finally conquered my depression and writer's block.

Legend of Trixie will update soon. It may be a short-ish chapter for me, less than a billion words... but it'll be here. I just need to find the right spot to stop so that you'll all go "Gasp! What!? Why there!? GIVE US MORE YOU NINJA BASTARD!!!"

I know I should press on with the next exciting chapter, but there's all these little side scenes and mini-chapter ideas I want to write and put in, but I just can't find the right place.

It's done. Sweet Celestia, that was a hard chapter to get through. Something like twenty or more rewrites, and more than a few cut... um, chapters' worth of material. But that's not the thing that really... really made this a hard chapter to finish.
