Back in February I started this story with the intention of posting at least twice a month. Almost immediately a love of writing took hold and I pushed myself to write more frequently and I began posting weekly. For the most part that held, with only a couple small hiatuses in between when some real life stuff that I had to take care of came up. As the title says, I'll be pulling Departures out of hiatus on Friday, chapter updates should resume as normal, though there may be a couple delays in between. After Departures I have a collaborative project that acts as a follow up, though I don't have a release window for this. Stardust's Odyssey should have a chapter posted by the end of the month, but this is more up in the air.

Pandemic: Departures - close to wrapping, the last handful of chapters are being worked on. (I'm guessing that there's roughly 18-20,000 words left to write in total). This should return sometime in the next two to three weeks.

Alright so this week was waaayyyyy busier than I initially anticipated, and next week is even more so. So bad news first: Departures Chapter 14 is being delayed back at least a week. That said, Chapter 13 is slated to drop on it's usual 8AM PST Friday slot this week. As for content after? Well there's going to be a delay while I sort out some more IRL stuff and work on getting the final handful of chapters all wrapped up.

Departures Chapter 12 is essentially done, but I'm going to go ahead and push it back to Sunday to give it a couple more days of polishing and editing. Chapter 13 should drop on it's regularly scheduled day and time, but I might wind up pushing that back too if I feel like it still needs some work. Chapter 14 is probably going to lead to another week or two hiatus while I get some real world stuff settled along with finalizing the end plans for Departures.

Chapter 6 is kind of a bigger chapter and as such I've really been pushing edits and rewrites all the way up to my usual deadline. The entire chapter is essentially blocked out, but there's still a couple scenes that need to be finished, and the whole thing needs a big editing pass.
