An update on the next chapter. It's still in the rough draft stages but it's coming along so it wont be a year before it updates like last time. More importantly, I'm considering changing the name of the story itself to "The Dusk Shine Anomaly" since I kind of misunderstood what Anthology meant. I figured since each chapter was it's own little story arc like the episodes in the show that it qualified but since each chapter is chronological and connected in a larger arc it doesn't.

The new chapter is done, finally. Just needs some fine tuning for spelling, grammar, and idiotic plot holes and I can finally publish it. Look forward to reading it sometime this weekend.

It's been almost a year now and I don't have much of an excuse for why the new chapter of DSA isn't out. Here's the truth.... It was stolen. But don't worry! I have my best hippo on the case and soon it will be back in my possession for posting. I'm setting a deadline for myself. I wan't to have it up before the 1 year since update mark which is March 12th so hopefully it will be finish, er I mean found before then. Even I wanted to know when the next update was and I'm writing the damn thing. But the hard part is over, and I can say with confidence that it will be up sometime this week.

No I'm not dead and nether is DSA. The next chapter is being worked on regularly but I keep running into issues. Namely the need to eat. See apparently you need money to buy food and you need to work to get money. I had an ingenious solution to this problem but unfortunately the bank wont grant me a loan to put my brain into a robot body because apparently I'm "ridiculous".

The first draft is done. I just need to prof read it and all that mess. Sorry this one took so long guys, Holidays are taxing. Expect chapter 8 some time this weekend. If it's not up by Monday, send out a rescue party because I've been abducted by chimpanzees again.

Anyhow, chapter 8 is still in the outlining stage. Hopefully it wont take as long. You guys also may have noticed the Trixie character tag, well, she'll be joining us for the foreseeable future. Don't worry, I'm not going to ship her... with Dusk anyway

The next chapter of DSA is all but finished. I just need to expand on the fight scene a little and then have it reviewed for errors. I'm hoping to have it done by the weekend but it might not be ready till next week. Sorry for the long wait. I hope this chapter is worth it. This is the one where a lot of stuff goes down and it's ether going to be well received or hated.

It's coming my little H3lions, (all two of you who read this.) Chapter 7 is at 8k words and very nearly complete. I also have another project in the works, a one shot about the origin of changelings but I'm only working on that whenever I'm struck with an idea so no ETA. All my effort is currently devoted to finishing chapter 7.

I also caught the leaked but not really leaked because it was an official airing season finally. And my god, the fanfics that's going to spawn...

Well chapter 7 is about half done. I've been busy this past few weeks but I'm going to dedicate my writing time fully to finishing it. No ETA but it shouldn't be too long.

I have a confession to make. When planning this story I apparently didn't give the character designs as much consideration as I should. Particularly with the djinn and how I had initially described them as lighter, thinner but otherwise identical to terrans. Now that I'm actually writing, it dawned on me that the fact that you cant really tell them apart at a glace is a huge plot hole for this chapter. Now, I can easily fix this with a slight aesthetic adjustment. The cover art of the story

Those of you who've read my previous blogs have probably figured this out already but chapter 6 is NOT going to be the Boast Busters episode. This one is going to be devoted entirely to K'Vann and his investigation into the enigmatic seraphim, Locktight. It was going to be part of chapter 5 but that chapter was becoming too long with it, plus I felt it didn't fit. Also by splitting I can add a little more and flesh out his character a bit. It won't take as long as chapter 5 did either.
