In case you missed my last blog post, I'm taking a break from the adventures of Celestia and Daring Do to write the next Petriculture story. At this point it looks like it'll be fairly short -- about two chapters long -- and I recently finished up the first chapter, which will be posted once my prereaders give it a final once-over.

As you can probably guess, I've had epilogues on my mind for the past week or so, largely because so many readers think that Transdementia needs one. The next chapter of Transdementia is now in its final stages of revision; you can expect it relatively soon.

I should also probably point out that it's going to be the story's final chapter. When it's all said and done, this story won't be quite as long as Pandelirium, but it'll be close.

I know it's been a while since the last chapter of Transdementia, but I want you to know that's largely because I'm trying to make sure I get it right. I'm fairly confident it will be up before the end of the month, though.

I just wanted to let you know that you can expect an update to Transdementia at some point this weekend, once my prereaders have had a chance to give it a final look-over.

I know it's been a while since the most recent update of Transdementia (well, compared to my usual writing speed), but real life has been repeatedly sticking its nose into my free time this month (and the unexpected arrival last week of the extended edition of the third Hobbit movie,* which I'd forgotten I'd pre-ordered, didn't help). I've finished the latest chapter of Transdementia. An update should be coming in about 12 hours when I get home from work, barring any issues my prereaders find.

The good news is that I'm making progress on the next chapter of Transdementia. The bad news is that said progress is slower than I'd hoped, mostly because of Disgaea 5, which, like every other game in the series, is a massive time-sink. (And this installment is even more of a time-sink, because it has the longest main campaign yet, and from what I've heard, the post-game has enough of a story arc that it's almost a sequel--and that's without DLC.)

Hey there. Just letting you kind folks know that the latest chapter of Transdementia is really, really close to completion. It's significantly shorter than other chapters, but I assure you, that's not from a lack of effort. I don't think I've put this much time into researching for a story since I wrote the aerobatic scenes from Wild, Sweet & Cool.

Hey, everyone. As many of you know, I'm currently writing an EQG story. As many of you also know, I'm in my thirties, and thus haven't been in high school for about 15 years or so. Thus, I'm finding it difficult to remember what some of the standard practices are.

Long story short, I can't remember how (or even if) new students were introduced in high school, so I'm hoping some of my readers whose memories haven't faded can fill me in.

I'm quite pleased by the response that Transdementia has received so far; the big problem with sequels is that people who haven't finished the previous stories understandably put the more recent ones on their "Read Later" lists, so the fact that this story managed to reach the hallowed Feature Box is no mean feat.
