I'm almost done with the planning. There's still a fair bit I've got to think about with plot and characters and whatnot, but I think I've done enough to get at least a couple of chapters out to get the story started.

Is complete!

This has been one hell of a journey, and I'm looking forward to what comes next. I'll explain more in the authors note.

I'll be uploading it this Friday. Partially because I want to read through it a few more times to make sure it's perfect, but primarily so I can celebrate the completion of WTAT with a drink!

I just need to do the final touches then do my usual proofread. Expect it by the end of the week (although hopefully by Saturday or before. Would be cool if I could upload two chapters within a month of each other)

Chapter 22 is all finished! I've just gotta do my proofreading and check all my spelling/grammar and then it'll be published. Expect it by the end of the week Boy it's a long one...

I've got a few more bits to do then read through it to correct any mistakes. I'll hopefully have it published by this weekend at the latest (I really wanted to get this out before Christmas...)

What do you think? should I split the chapter in half? It's the final chapter of this part of the story, leading into the final part. Including a scene I'm very much looking forward to writing. I think it works better as one chapter, but at this rate, it'll be coming out at 15,000+ words...

The bad news is that I've just been made redundant. This puts me in an awkward position, but I won't bore you with my IRL troubles...

The good news is, now I don't have a job, I have more time to work on WTAT. Which means hopefully I can get the next chapter out quicker. And it's looking like it's gonna be a long one, including a scene I've been looking forward to writing for a while.

As per usual, I'll be reading it over and editing it to make sure the spelling and grammar etc are up to scratch. Expect it to be uploaded within the next 24-48 hours.

The chapter is coming along nicely, although it will be fairly short compared to recent chapters. But it contains some pretty significant movements in the story that I'm hoping will make up for it. I anticipate it will be completed within the next week or so.

The chapter is finally completed. Boy did that take me a lot longer than anticipated

It's currently at around 9000 words. As usual, I'll read through it first to edit it and make sure the spelling and grammar is good before I publish it. Expect it to be online within 24-48 hours.

Things keep cropping up for me IRL which prevent me from working on the chapter as much as I like. Needless to say I am still working on it though. I can't give an estimate, but I can guarantee it'll be here for the end of the month.

Well, now that the hectic month of June is over for me, I can concentrate on WTAT more. I've got to around 25% complete over the past month, but normal pace should resume now, so I'll be updating soon.

I'm VERY busy these next 6 or so weeks with IRL things. Whilst I'll try and do the best I can, expect delays for the next chapter. I haven't even begun to work on it yet.

Yeah, I know it's a little later than my estimate. Sorry for the extra wait.

Chapter 17 is coming along well and should hopefully be finished around some point this week. Although I'm away this weekend, so can't guarantee that I'll be able to get it sorted by then. So if not, it'll be some point next week. Basically, expect chapter 17 soon-ish, but by the 27th at the latest.

I'm getting the impression that this chapter is going to come out a bit shorter than my usual, so I may experiment around a bit to see if I can flesh it out a little.

I've been...surprisingly productive...

I'm not entirely sure what bought that on, but if this carries on, I should have Chapter 16 out at some point this week.

In the meantime, I hope whatever's in the water round these parts stays there for a while
